That's the point of the game though, isn't it? Forcing the player to get creative and switch things up a bit when moving to a new island, using what they currently have at hand. It's probably just me, but I think it'd be too much to get poison resistance, distasteful appearance AND heat resistance from only one gene, while other body types aren't as resourceful.

Isn't it enough to combine toxic bodies with big ears?
