I was shocked, but when she told me it was to raise "Strong warriors," my heart sank. I knew she didn't love me, but.. I agreed, and we became mates, even if it was more a duty than a relationship. We had agreed that I would take care of the kits, since I was a queen, and she hoped she could mentor one of them. But then... when she went into labor.." He sniffed a little, and continued. You look to see a round grey she-kit arguing with your father. She seems to be older than her. "Hey!" you squeak, and she turns around to face you. -Bite her -Scratch her -Insult her -Forgive her -Go to sleep (ends day) You see an older kit arguing with your father, and you sister bristling. -Sis? -Dad? -Go to sleep (ends day)

She sighed, and relaxed, but accidentally let her wing so in the moonlight.

DAY 2 @Pollygussie As you open your eyes, you can feel a warm body next to you. You look over to see Spidersilk, your adopted mother. -Wake her up -Go play -Go back to sleep (ends day) @Sky You wake up in a warm nest and you can hear the voices of other kits near you. -Go play -Yell at them -Go to sleep (ends day) @VanillaTheSilk-Rainwing You awake to your brother pouncing on you and shouting, "Wake up! Greyleaf grabbed a few black berries, and just in case, noted where the yarrow was. "Did you eat something dangerous? Or just something bad for you?" Icepaw looked at her paws, as if she were trying to focus on anything but her stomach. "She doesn't know," Gorseheart informed her. "She said that she had grabbed a random plant to ask me what it was, but as soon as she tasted it, she spit it out."

She wondered what to say. If she lied... no. "No one."

She let out a little growl and said, "I know that. How is being beta going for you?"

CHAPTER 3 Greyleaf sat in the medicine den, breathing in the scent of the herbs. She loved it in the medicine den. I don't have to worry when I'm here... I can think straight be myself.. She shuffled through her herbs, trying to find blackberry leaves for an apprentice who hadn't been careful enough around bees, but her mind was on other things. Almost a leaf-fall ago, she had been given the first prophecy in moons, and she was still trying to figure it out. What could Silverpaw and Shadepaw have to do with it? She pondered to herself. They're just normal kits... found in a puddle of blood. She was still wondering about it when Gorseheart padded in.
