I did a Photoshop session with our artist Steffi (who paints all the Niche key visuals and made the intro) to send the plushie producers a good picture of what we would like to see changed. We adressed all these points and will give them the list: Should be changed: 1) The head shape looks a bit squashed and too pointy. We liked the previous version better. Best would be something inbetween the two 2) Change neck fluff material to the the more fur-like one 3) Shape of neck fluff should be a bit longer 4) Change Mane shape and position, make a bit smaller (was better on the version before) 5) The pads should be brown (same color as stripes) 6) The nose should be drawn a bit slimmer 7) Make the front paws a bit bigger (make sure they touch the ground) 8. Make the tail a bit bigger 9) Shape of the action point should be more oval and should have white dot painted on If possible also: 10) Eyes should be more symmetrical, both same distance to the seams 11) Make stripes on back of head straight 12) Remove the seam on the front paws 13) Make ears a bit thinner We have decided to keep the lighter muzzle after also doing a test how it would look without and we also decided to not add ear stripes because it felt like the design gets overloaded with them. Happy to hear some more feedback before I send this off ^^

Yes, I agree @heyitsgeorgie (she/her). I will inform her about the danger and advise her to absolutely don't behave this way anywhere. If anybody writes anything like that, please screenshot! It's a violation of the rules as soon as it's been posted in the forums. Doesn't matter if they delete it later on.

Ok folks. I checked with 5 other community managers and discussed what should be done in such a situation. First of all I want to state that I don't find the reported behavior ok in any way. Racism and sexual content are not tolerated in these forums in any way. But please understand that when you decide to open a Discord or other platform and invite people there, you are not in our forums anymore. Channels you open are your responsibility. You make the rules, you make sure the rules are kept, you add people, ban people, however you see fit. I understand that many of you are upset about what happened and that is why we decided to ban Sting-tail drake for 5 days. Hopefully this time will help things cool down a bit. After the ban has passed I will reach out to Sting-tail drake and ask them if they agree to stick to the forum rules and if they agree, the ban will be lifted. I hope you can understand this decision. In the end, what we want is for this community to be a safe and welcoming place.

@Monkey Mooses That is what I'm trying to figure out currently. It's a weird situation since it didn't happen in the forums but involves a lot of people that are part of this community. I think for now, we will keep the ban. Hopefully that helps everybody calm down. I will consult some other community managers, since I've never encountered a situation like this. And once I've consulted them I will talk to Sting-tail drake and the other people involved and try to find a solution.

I have no idea what you are all talking about currently, trying to figure it out via PM so I can resolve the issue ^^' The problem happening outside the forums makes it hard for me to follow and understand what is happening. Did anybody maybe take some screenshots they could send me via PM?

Well, it's a bit of mix from all the Adams there are/were. Trying to combine them into the cutest possible design.

Well, there have been many versions of Adam in the time being I'll check if we can do the ear stripes.

Just got some pictures with less perspective so we can actually see the proportions (And one from below) These pictures made it visible that the front paws are in the air So I think I will request them to be a bit bigger. Same goes for the tail.

@Croissant We will most likely run a Kickstarter since we need to order at least 500 of them ^^

@mhiahia I think with the mane it would help a lot if it doesn't go straight up (like with the previous iteration) That is definetly one of the feedback I'll send over ^^

So they took pretty much all of our feedback into account. In my opinion the head-shape looks pretty weird now, especially from side view. Also not a fan that the mane goes up so straight. About the teeth: I'm not sure if we should keep trying to paint them on or should we go back to having them attached as seperate objects (but they might not be totally straight). Also curious to hear what you think of the neckfluff ^^

New iteration just came in and I'm not sure how to feel about it ^^

Personally I'd really like to see a Stingray Or a whale again! But both would have their back above the water. Or maybe something flying, like a pterodactyl Underwater would probably need some quite different game mechanics.

@FawnCat For now, we're sticking with one. But let's see how the Kickstarter in Autumm/Winter goes, I think many things will become clearer then ^^ What kind of animal would you all like to live on most?
