@RandomWanderer I think that it’s balanced as it is now. After all, you can’t even attempt to collet the bugs like you can with other food sources, such as berry picking or digging up roots. So, the only way that you can collect from them is to get lucky enough to find a wanderer with the genes you need.

I've been having a great time playing around with the new update, especially the gene settings for sandbox mode. The one thing that I'm even more excited for, however, is to see what you guys here on the forum have created! I thought that I showcase thread would be the perfect thing for that. To start it off, I'll show you some of mine first:
Cookie Dough! He started out of a doodle I made in my sketchbook before the update was released. I thought they it turned out so cute, that I decided to make him an actual creature in the game!
The Bearyena copycat nicheling! I got inspired by Lilytuft's Island of Fire to make the slightly less annoying rogue male's bearyena mate.
Cookie Dough's mate, Misiana. (fun fact: she also started out as a sketch that I made)
Nono, a nicheling that I ended up randomizing. For some reason, I thought that the randomized nicheling fit the name, so I recreated it.
Those are all of the nichelings that I've created so far (that are not the gods/goddesses I recreated, I'll post those on a different post in this topic). I'll be looking forward to your nichelings!

The bug with Adam's Family having medium body has been fixed. However, now some of the them show up with Webbed Hindlegs

I’m not 100% sure, but I think that they had mentioned that there are at least two more kickstarter backer genes that will be added into another update.

So I was playing around with the new console, mainly by messing around with spawn rates. However, I discovered something really interesting: basically, when wanderers would spawn, some of them would be part of Adam's Family:

While testing to see if created creatures could invite members of Adam's family if they had the home island immunity gene, I noticed that all of Adam's family had medium body instead of the usual big body.

Maybe there could be a system of tags? So that you could look at all of the suggestions at once to see which ones are most popular, but you also search out specific categories like Duplodragon mentioned.

Where do you find crash reports?

I'm in the middle of testing a bug that I found (or at least, something I think is a bug) and the game ended up crashing. Unfortunately, I closed the error message before I knew where to find the error report. Any help is appreciated!
