'.. stop, really, save your strength. The next time they come, you need to be ready... is there a lock on the chains around your snout?'
They dug their claws into the ground.

There seemed to be... It was not coming off. She had stopped jerking, but did not seem defeated just yet...

'Okay, can you.. m-maybe bring a claw to the lock? If one of them is loose?'
They seemed very good at focusing on one thing at a time.

'I'm guessing she looks like you?.. I'm sorry, I haven't.'
They took their claw to one of the locks on their wings, fiddling with it and hoping it would budge.

She sighed very sadly. "I need to find her, she'll die without me... She needs help..."

They were still fidgeting with the lock, so they nodded in reply instead of answering verbally.

The lock came off

"Whoa..." They did the same, hoping she could break out and find her sister.

(Thank you, I think I will)
Their smirk got even wider, showing off their dull but shiny teeth.
However, they made sure not to move her wings and started working on one of her hind leg locks.

They shook their head, and kept working on the lock.

"Well why not? They need help, too..."

She had gotten all the locks.

'Sorry. It would be productive to do that, but we have to be careful. The best way to do it would be to create a distraction...'

She carefully set her chains down, grabbing one of the open locks with her teeth, and opened the lock to outside.

(Polly if you don't want this to happen, just tell me or respond to the reply with a confused emote)
