So many of Bill Cipher's lines fit clover IMO-

That combined with what epper is doing-

led me to make this being of chaos.

(sorry I didn't really have a ton of time to make a background- I really have to get I am not insane done)

*To star* "Well, would you look at that. Those kids really care about you. And you care about them, don't you?"
