The earwig had a weird myth around it involving it crawling into our heads to lay eggs, but this is false (except for those earwigs found in ears 🤔). So the only gene from this beetle would be the Forceps Pincers would be unlocked by traveling 50 times and attacking 30 times. Another sexual dimorph gene the effects would be +2 strength in males but +1 in females. Now yes the earwig's pincers aren't exactly the strongest force, they still hurt and I bet if amplified and attached to a nicheling it would be a strong gene (also no flying genes because they don't really fly).
