Okay time to look at them in detail: This gorgeous princess has Berry Starmap/Platinum Alloy/Pistacchio Filligree Her sister has a much more toxic colour combination with Maroon Starmap/Grey Alloy/Leaf Opal (She comes after her mom and both her older sisters, but is darker than them). Aand lastly the only boy of the clutch has Blood Starmap/Silver Bee/Peacock Opal and goat eyes If you'd like any of them tell me - they'll cost a little something but not much.

His new colours are in! Not really what I was hoping for (Ideally he'd be really light-coloured) but since I don't have enough gems for a second scroll I now have some time to get used to his new look. Honestly I prefer it a lot to the old version, he looks like a nice wood gentleman now. His tertiary is Ruby which could give him some fun looks:

I am about to spend more than half of my gems on a Tri-Color Scatter Scroll for my random progen, wish me luck. For reference, he looks like this: Which wouldn't be terrible but his tertiary is JUNGLE and dark green does not mix with blue and red very well. I don't vibe with his colours at all and literally exalted him one I got him. So yeah, spending 350 gems on him now.

I like Veilspuns most because they‘re the prettiest in my opinion. Then Banescales, I still have four G1s in my lair that I should gene. Gaoler I like the least but that is just visual preference.

Spot placements are unique each time. Even if the pattern genes are the same, they only dictate size, shape and density. The distribution over the body is generated separately and can‘t be replicated.

Also, really quick. One of my two favorite dragons, Creamer and Starwish are expecting a clutch of two. They both have lore (that I am currently writing on) and the kiddos will come with lore too (nothing too exciting, but character & maybe a short text). So if anyone is interested, tell me!

For anyone interested, here's the translation of Uthko (the other names aren't fully translatable because I haven't yet assigned meaning to all syllables): Uth means fierce or wild and is traditionally either given to strong cubs or an honorary title for an especially brave fighter. Adave chose this syllable because Uthko both has ram horns and poison fangs, traits typically associated with strength. Ko translates to earth, ground, soil and was chosen by Adave both due to her daughter's fur colour and as a good luck charm - ko also signifies being well-fed and healthy.

After spending a quiet day recovering from the birth of the new cubs, the tribe awakens to rain wetting their fur. Noticing the scent of prey, Liri takes this opportunity to teach Lendok how to hunt. They return succesfully and are greeted to a pair of sky-blue eyes looking at them curiously. The small cub is standing wobbily and as she attempts to move towards her father and older brother, her left paw gives out under her. Liri, previously looking at his daughter with joy and love seems to startle. His eyes darken as he notices the way the cub's right paw is curled into itself, all too reminiscent of his own. Adave doesn't notice as she is busy watching Lendok adoringly bump his head against that of his sister. "Do you see those little bumps next to her ears? She'll have horns just like your dad." she explains, voice soft with affection. Turning her attention to her mate, she asks "What do you think about calling her Uthko?" Still not able to tear his eyes away from his daughter's crippled paw, Liri nods. Adave hesitates, sensing something off about his behaviour, but before she can say anything a voice calls over. It is Dikeh, eager to show off his daughter Zariti.

As the night slowly fades away and the first rays of sun start to shine over the horizon Dikeh and Nadu are both filled with a deep happiness as they look at the cub lying between them. Meanwhile, Lendok can't contain his excitement at the little bundle of dark brown fur sleeping in his former nest. Nearly tripping over himself he sniffs the newborn's head, then starts licking his little sister.

I'm reworking my breeding pairs (splitting some up, retiring others, finding new mates) and very happy to announce that I've found a way to conserve one of my oldest pairs! This is Libra. I love her and her mate Royal's colours together, but the has Filigree and while I used to like said gene I now don't. Luckily she looks far prettier with Stained as a tertiary (which Royal has too, so they match even better), so I guess I'll have to go the expensive route. Current: Future:
