Okay, so out of curiosity I tried replicating this same exact scenario. Purple was in the upper left most corner. The first Green was beside it. Red was below purple. The second Green was next to red. Then the Blue. Then the second Red. Third Green. Fourth Green. Then lastly, Yellow. So yeah. It doesn't seem randomized and isn't specific to just your game either.

The file should automatically make all the color codes capital when you save it, so I don't think that's the issue.
