I say these words before StarClan, so that the spirits of our warrior ancestors may hear and approve of my choice. The new deputy of PineClan is Iceeye! Yowled Sunstar there were murmures of disapproval from the Clan "but Sunstar I'm... blind!" Meowed Iceeye "I can't be the deputy..." All the other cats in the crowd agreed except for one... Sunstar himself...

Icestar is now the leader of PineClan she has made a new rule for her Clan only...                                     Deformed or disabled cats must be fed and cared for above all cats even elders and kits...
