Quirk: idk what it would be named but she can manipulate light, gathering it all up or changing its color and such. maybe with enough practice she can make illusions with it?

Appearance: pale and tall with very light blonde hair thats a little wavy, medium length, at the end its a rainbow like a light spectrum . almost white but a little blue eyes, also she actually prefers to dress in like darker clothes

Other info: ironically her eyes are just a little bit sensitive to light so she sometimes has to wear sunglasses when she uses her quirk
