Tag editing improvements

My tag editing suggestions:

1.) be able to use arrow keys/mouse cursor to edit from the middle of the tag name.

2.) be scroll down through all of the tag names instead of only seeing the top 4.

3.) only delete the whole tag upon typing if editing from the end of the tag and backspace has not been used.

4.) list of tags shown includes all tags that contain the typed text, not only the ones that start with it.

5.) being able to sort shown tags with A) order created, B) last used, and C) alphabetically. All options should also be able to be sorted in reverse.

6.) highlighting part of the tag to delete and copy/paste.

7.) tags do not persist between different drones.

(yes, there are tag editing suggestions already posted, but many of these suggestions are different)

I would like a scroll bar in the tag selection box so its much easier and quicker to locate the tag you want to select. I think it would be a easier change but if you want to work on the bigger stuff go ahead I just think it'll help make the tags a more appealing option to use.
