This was mentioned in a suggestion for volcanic islands which would be pretty cool, go check it out here:

I thought I could expand on it a little bit, seeing as things like stats and a method to unlock it weren't mentioned. It's stats would be +1 smell, +1 strength, + charging and +1 browsing. The suggestion for charging can be found here:

It would also be immune to stunning from falling coconuts as the post linked at the top suggests

The one issue with this would be the mane which is useful for telling apart males from females. A mane would look pretty stupid on top of the dome and would be impractical, as it would get in the way when the head is being used as a weapon. My solution to this would be to remove the mane and to use spikes around the back of the dome as an alternative form of sexual dimorphism. The dome itself would stay the same, but females would have short, knubby spikes like fully grown Pachycephalosaurus and males would have larger, pointier spikes like the juveniles

It would also disable both the ear and horn gene slots

Really like the idea about the dome head. The best way to obtain it could be attacking 50 times as well as traveling in grass 50 times.
