I LOVE THIS!!! I remember having to unlock the fur and eye colors in old niche xD I miss it, too, but not too much since there's so many other things to unlock instead. Do you mean for it to unlock after mutating just all the fur colors, or all the eye colors, too? Maybe mutating all the fur colors gets you the chameleon body while mutating all the eye colors gets you chameleon eyes that are +1 more sight than normal eyesight?

    Ooo a great idea!

  2. Green: Forgot to mark/Berry gatherer/Nut gatherer

    Red: Nonbreeder/Fighter/Hunter

I also use red gems to mark the ammount of babies a creature has had in my three times a try challenge

Blue: Water creature/Seer/Going to next island/Beautiful/Good genes

    Pink: Breeder

    Yellow: Hunter/Scout/Just for fun

And sometimes they just match fur colour

The devs actually reached the goal of selling enough copies pretty quickly after Niches full release and they said they'll do another community voting in late 2018 so we'll have at least one update ahead of us (which I am really looking forward too). How Niche will be developed furthermore remains to be seen as they are working on Nimbatus as well and I can imagine they'll focus more on that for  a while as it is still in early acess if I recall correctly :)

About DLC I don't mind DLC's if they are worth the money, which is of course hard to determine but that is my point of view. However if there are a lot of DLC that all cost a lot (yes I am looking at you Sims) then I do mind.

Meadow is so cheap of a game that it's DLC's cost more than it xD

    Yes, I actually agree.
I think it would be a good idea to test the things with, let's say 30 people first.
They we could find the really bad bugs and resolve them so that they don't annoy anyone on the testing branch xD
Also, these very early testers could be well educated to include version numbers, save files and .log files in their reports which would make fixing stuff a lot easier ^^
Hmm, we'll consider this for the next update maybe :P

    I'll sing up! xD

  6. After the newest beta update, sicness has not spread in my tribe! Is this a bug or am I just super lucky? Or have you updated the immunity system? I have kept some of my sick creatures next to helthy ones over night and it hasn't spread!

This is Rikuta, his name is a combination of his father's name and his mother's name.  His mother needed to pass on an immunity gene before she died but had no mate. His father desperatly wanted a mate and to be a father. They happened to meet on his mother's last day alive. She died as she gave birth to Rikuta.

This story reminds me of one of my creatures.

(WARNING! This story will turn to be a story of my whole snow tribe!)

Her name was Clawite (Claw+white). She lived at the time of the mountain update. She had yellow fur mixed with white fur, poison fangs, one claw and one runner leg. Her whole life she seached for a mate, but immunity was never on her side. She had two days of life left, when she found her true love. I think his name was Kuvan. Kuvan was a yellow male with stripes and poison fangs. They had two beautiful twin boys called Kuwite and Clavan. She got to spend one day with them before passing away. Her sons were send with a group to look for a snow island. Raven, the melanistic son of Tata was in the group. (I found Tata as a baby and if you watch Seri, you know that you should never rename a creature named Tata). One of the twins got damaged and almost the whole group died. When they got to the snowy island, only the twins and a female with poison fangs were alive. Luckily they didn't have to worry about food, because I had 1000+ food. They bred before both of the boys passed away. Then my females (she and her daughters) started beeding with all males available, witch meant rogue males and a spits-nouted wanderer. My tribe ended up being mostly spit-snouted double no-paw creatures trying to hunt rabbils and walrush deer (big body+horns). I still had a good line as well. That line bred with my ice block nicheling who had megahorns. Then at 500+ food I moved best of them to a savannah island. Then our computer broke and I lost the save.

    The end.

Also here are some pictures of them. I had a few screenshots of Tata, but I don't know if they died with our old computer...

Oh no. That sounds like we have to wait even longer but I am already so hyped up ^^ I mean not that I would mind being an extra early tester *cough cough :D

I want to be an extra early tester too!

Oh my 3600 food is so much!! I'm jealous at your skills xD

When you spend forever on an archipelago with and oversized tribe and half of them spend all of their time harvesting food from the sea, and other half focuses on breeding, nuts and berries, food kinda starts building up...
