  1. The first time I had any access to the internet was at 10. I got an iPod for my birthday. And then it was limited, too, since I didn't have an email. So there was just. Playing games. Googling stuff. What could possibly be out there?
  2. Earth is probably the best flight to be in rn. Though I can't ever decide if lightning is better than ice...
  3. ... It turns out breeding Mars And spine mcGee Would not give me the edgiest children in all the land. This is criminal
  4. On the one hand, money On the other ... I ship it. I ship it hard ... And these scrys
  5. I feel like I'm terrible at my job ^^' Unlike the original murdery-spy. But wow, these guys were mean.
  6. This is now ruined to my satisfaction. A normal wanderer. NO
  7. Aaaand, RIP to the streak. It just took ... some 800 days. No, not really. There's no day counter to this madness. This is still the least that has gone wrong for me in that normally very cursed version.
  8. Chosing a leader among these many diverse options proved even harder Hmm In which new way could you ruin the tribe, I wonder?
  9. There was a terrible gap, then. No albinos, no nothing. Just an old man killed on his last day. And a bunch of big-bodied nichelings stuck in Texas
  10. But their idyllic life had one consequence... How do you chose leaders with no bearyenas? Well... Sorry Sorry Sorry... Fake albino for the fake-leader S --
  11. Of course, they just had to get stupidly lucky. His many, many children split in their travel to the port. Left would be the fishers, with spiky body and swimming tail. To the right pure poison fangs with the fishing one. No one took any drowning damage until the last island jump. (Except the one spiky guy). Take that, water body.
  12. This had to change in the archipelago. Which is also where it got weird. This guy, oh so great son of the oh so legendary warrior. (Who also found the only melanistic girl, hah. Which is why he was the only son, too. Terrible, terrible love five - angles, much plot.) Got bored of the easy life. Naturally, he got his three wives (yes) and left to drown them all... until spacecat found out big body was water-proof.
  13. I almost started a playthrough. But you know, energy. It would have been too long, too. It's kind of funny because they started out this way (Literal day 2, oh my god) Wrong tribe, son. Peace! ... Every new leader had to: A) slay a bearyena B) have the nest approached on the day they were born on, then kill a bearyena. Great things were expected of these nichelings. We had "master fishers" and warriors by the starting genes. They got lucky in passing down... literally everything. Killer-killer-killer boy >> earn red gems. Eve was the first warrior (I'll post below)
  14. Didn't trump say something about injecting people with antiseptics? Maybe you can inject nichelings with healing fruit for insta-death
  15. More on that, the r-word is pretty bad in English. We have a s-word, referring particularly to spina bifida. It's very common for your regular unpleasant young people to use that instead of "annoying idiot". As a joke. To your friends. We had a girl in my old school who prided herself on being "socially aware". While. That might have been her favourite word. You'd think it would have bothered people more than it did. A good part of the world is behind on implications in language. I never managed to explain said implications to her, as she doesn't believe in implications. Just what do you do? Alex seems to feel remorse, but not much guilt. Which is a step above that, but still...
  16. My family works by the exact same definition of "humor". I don't doubt that she just absorbed it without thinking. It's worse with the language barrier, so you would, for example, find those "jokes" way more often in German. But with fewer "outright" disparaging comments against POC. It's mildly insane, but there is a philosophy of things that "don't really count". "Don't make you a racist", because they think themselves not to hold racist views. There probably is a barrier in her mind between these sentiments. I still have no idea if that changes anything in the grand scheme of things. People still hold these views (even if partly unacknowledged). And so they define themselves only as a "real racist" when anything is spoken outloud, while we perceive these comments as testing the waters.
