I don't know how it works, but for some reason 12 frames is a little too short for me 💀 I think it's just because all together the key frames and transition frames were 15 frames, any less and It would be weirdly chunky

I did a little test, and it's like ice cat said, if you're using 12fps then you need about fifteen frames to make a relatively chunky but normal speed 1 second animation. Test.mp4

If it's a problem you have with the general speed of the video then I really can't help you because I also have a problem where the video is just too fast. A way I get around it is just drawing a ton of transition frames, but it's tedious and I don't know if you'd want to do that.

By the way, if saying any words like that is against the forum rules, just tell me and I'll change the post

Wait actually nevermind, I'm fine if the book never comes out, I checked the authors pages to see why it was cancelled, and the author made a passing joke about Oliver Cromwell, saying 'please come back your country needs you' (she's British, he was a British leader) And all my respect for her is ZERO NOW because Cromwell was a genociding piece of trash who ethnically cleansed the Irish and generally paved the path for English colonisation of Ireland. And also he banned Christmas.

I think the learning skills could be cool! Maybe in younger nichelings they have bad skills in general, but the more they attempt to collect food and so on, the more proficiency they get, leading them to having better stats as an adult?

Speaking of models, while the 3d models for normal niche now are great, updated models would also be cool. As of now I don't have any ideas on how to update them, but just a thought.

Oh and new cosmetic options, like fur and eye colours, patterns, and size of the nicheling would be nice.
