The human race has gone extinct

All that is left of them is ripped apart cities 

And lost-to-time bones

 domestic animals like Cats or Dogs have gone extinct as well.

The only surviving Canines or Felines that live in or near the humans Fallen cities 

are Dire Wolves And Another big cat that share a few similarities to the Saber-toothed tiger.

They were bred and somehow created by humans in year 4020

But,

A Greater threat is nearing...
