Albedo
Hey, So what im suggesting is second button to activate a thruster. Why: well because right now my ship can do left and right turns, but if that feature would be added i could just slide to the left and right. I tried to make it with logic parts but i failed, because front and back thrusters were too far away, (but i still think its possible) Let me know what you think
1 Micha
The logic parts are wireless, so distance should not be a problem. You can achieve this by using an OR-Part
0 Lurkily
What I do is use Q and E for turning, and A/D for strafing. I need four thruster groups to make it work; nose left, nose right, and tail left, tail right. If Q OR A is pressed, activate nose left. (Pushing it to the left, not the thrusters on the left. ) If Q or D is pressed, activate tail right . . . etc. You will need four groups of thrusters with different inputs, and four OR logic blocks to control them. 0 Entity
You can use the tag system for this already. e.g. on all of the starboard thrusters, add STRAFE_LEFT tag. Use an IF gate that sends STRAFE_LEFT when Q is pressed.
