  1. I like the idea of special artifacts that you have to find that you can only use once in your entire drone selection, but maybe different types of ones. I like the bigger radius shield, and the weapon with 4 slots, but maybe there could be something like a damage field, that damages enemies in a radius, or some special abilities that cool down over time. I really like this idea though
  2. A rope block that you can lower and raise through two buttons, maybe the rope just goes through objects to make it easier. A direct magnet/grappling hook thing that allows you to latch onto terrain and other objects, but only those it is in contact with. Maybe a glue block that you can set to a specific type of object like terrain or metal objects? This would allow for you to build better collector builds, allowing for easier completion or collection of the scraps, bio barrels, and red material boxes.
  3. A thruster tech tree that allows for upgrades like increased fuel efficiency, increased power, how well it burns in atmosphere, heat management, digging terrain, thrusters that use a limited collected fuel source to use (Maybe the resource you dig?), but have increased power and other stats (Maybe different type of fuel tank for it that doesn't regen?), Thrusters that increase in efficiency as they get hotter, thrusters that are twice the size of the original core, thusters that move with your cursor.
  4. A thruster that increases it's strength as it is fired (Much higher maximum than dynamic and can only increase while firing), consuming more fuel the longer it is on and generating more and more heat as it is on, allowing for possible overheating.
  5. A glue that connects blocks together, with only the originally glued blocks able to make additional connections, blocks that can form connections with a limited number of blocks around them for armor and support, an anchor block for the web, so if it is broken the entire web of glued blocks fall.
  6. Make the plasma weapons/parts do more damage and set enemies on fire, but have the ability to overheat and explode, but have the opportunity for the cryo weapons/parts to freeze enemies, but also cool themselves. Add heat makers/generators to help heat up your drone, heat sinks/heat coolers to remove heat, heat resistant blocks that are resistant to temperature change, and modifications to shields to help resist heat/cold for the parts covered by it (For my shielding suggestions)
  7. Maybe add slots for shields allowing for upgrades like physical interaction (Slowing your drone from hitting walls and such) improved efficiency, heat/cold resistance, explosion resistance, improved size, a healing effect for blocks within the area, and other things.
  8. I do, but maybe make a practice round where you can test your drone against different set drones or the player drones, to refine your suo drone. It would not be worth points, but you could use it to prepare your drone for the tournament
  9. When you have a weapon placed onto a drone and you switch the type of weapon it is (Laser, grenade launcher, blaster, etc...), it doesn't change what type it is on the drone, however any tech you added to the new weapon type (I changed a grenade launcher to a laser, then added the increased laser length perk) stays in the old weapon type when you exit the weapon editor.
  10. Or maybe add multiple tech trees, one for the weapons, one for the parts, or as you said, combine the two.
  11. I love the water planet idea, with maybe electronics being affected in the water, and you having to build waterproof drones, or get a tech to waterproof your drone
  12. Blocks that you could change their weight with a slider of sorts. They'd act like normal blocks (Except with maybe less health) except they can be heavier or lighter as you'd like.
  13. Maybe hide certain blocks behind the tech tree, like making some logic parts part of a logic tree, or hiding the drill block up the improved mining speed tree. Maybe put improved armor thir, or weight blocks that you can modify the weight of.
  14. A block which can dampen or increase your speed, acting as a higher or lower air resistance on only that block, or all blocks in the drone. It consumes power when activated, based on how much you increase or decrease the effect of air resistance on your drone compared to how it was (I.E., if you set the air resistance to low on a high air resistance planet, it will consume more than it would if you did that on a low air resistance planet).
  15. Certain planets/ asteroid fields that have no air, allowing for you to make builds to compete in a no gravity no air resistance environments. You could also implement a inertial dampener block that has varied settings for how much to dampen, and energy consumption based off of how much it dampens.
  16. A block that acts as the cursor for the gravity sensor. It'd be in another mode and set to specific tags. You could use this to build automated resource collection drones, just drop off one of these babies in the resource collector, and you could automate around the fact that it knows where the resource bin is. You could also use it for other purposes, like building satellites that follow your drone about from above.
  17. Maybe the ability to slide weapon stats down. It would build up to an extra tech slot. For example, I have a mining laser that doesn't need to do damage, but could really use an extra tech slot. I turn down the damage in the stats page, slowly generating a new slot. The amount generated would vary depending on the importance of the stat and how much percentage/amount you bring it down by. Certain other stats would be unchangable without techs, like recoil or rocket force
  18. @Markus, I really like the idea of certain paints being the reward for the sumo. I do think, however that that could be changed upon, maybe you can have all paints from the start, but you earn certain decals from winning the sumo, like a flame decal,or a skull and bones decal. Could be interesting.
  19. You have to do that? Ooooooh. Thankyou! Could i please ask that you maybe include a tutorial or the such for how to mine properly?
  20. So, I used both the proper collection parts and the storage parts, and when I defeated the transmitter and returned to ship, my yellow resource had not increased at all! Please fix.
  21. A block that when you press it's button, switches the camera to it's point of view
  22. Maybe something like the gravity sensor, if it is in a cone of a certain range, it will follow it, and output a certain signal if it is within the zone, and to the left or right of the zone
  23. Probably the logo of nimbatus, the different kinds of weapon types (Plasma, Bio, etc.). Thankyou for taking account of player suggestions!
  24. I love the way the demo has been, and love the open development view that you guys have taken. I wish for this game to do very well and have an active and thriving community. I have many suggestions, some may be repeated by other forum uses. Suggestions: attachment to more than one block. This is important for any larger build, nuff said. Directional speed sensors to allow for hovering drones. A node system like that of scrap mechanic's where you can attach inputs and outputs, except with a slight modification, inputs can have multiple outputs or keys attached to them. An area sensor that can be toggled to two modes: a normal mode where if there is enemies or terrain in it it toggles, or an aiming mode to cause the tower weapons to aim towards where it selects the enemies are. A mouse location sensor so you can have a mini army of drones follow your mouse. Adjustable camera so you can actually see around with bigger drones. Make the mining drones follow your mouse or automatically go to the resource, now they just follow your core and it's annoying to mine. Pistons that move back and forth with adjustable length. A distance from center sensor to build satellites.
