It's something from the Fawn VS Deltarune hunger games war. It started with there being a profile picture takeover where everyone changes their pfp to a fawn (deer, usually just a redid copy of the websites pfp), then others made their pfps deltarune characters. Then we made a roleplay thread to roleplay the "war". But then we came up with the best idea of all, put both teams in a hunger games generator and see who comes out on top. So I made a deer character for myself, General Whitetail. A smart, (mainly) patriotic war strategist who would do (almost) anything to make sure her side won. She became the most murderous character and led her team to victory a time or two, also betraying them on one run of the simulation. That is true lol, also feel free to correct or add anything in the above explanation

"Sure I will." Nervous Brother said to Theif. "You should come meet Guiding," they said to the new spirit, "Plus there's cool plants in the swamp. I want to see what that scream is about as much as the next other...well...spirit, but it's best to let those more experienced with being out here in the moors deal with it."

All this talk about gods didn't ring any bells for the nervous spirit, other than that it seemed slightly off, so they didn't say anything.

"Yeah...let's go back..." The nervous brother didn't like all this contention.

This looks so hard so uh....I shall not make it any harder atm.... hmmm...can I add a challenge that actually helps you? OK, maybe one that might hurt in the future too so it can be considered a challenge? -Every 10 days, roll a random number generator from 1-11, if it is 1-5, use commands to increase the spawn rate of rabbil, if it is 6-10, use commands to increase the spawn rate of fish. If it is 11, randomly choose any of the other increasespawn commands that work or won't break the game using a random generator or other random method. This includes things that may not naturally spawn on the island, such as balance bears or home island creatures.

This playthrough is one of the best written ones on the forums. The story is spontaneous yet well put together plot-wise. My favs are King and Cheri. I ship Fess and King like literally everyone

After a while of trodding along and finding nothing interesting, the nervous nicheling finally said, "Let's go back to the swamp, it seemed more interesting." Passing one of those plants from earlier, they then said, "Did you know that these things used to have color? In memories, in the before death?"

"N-no, I want to come." The nervous brother didn't want to be left out. Besides, with this big a group surely they could handle whatever danger came their way, "So, let's go! The swamp is the only interesting thing here anyway." And Guding and the other...oh yeah...Fang, said the swamp was safe, right?

I finally have one! And since I'm me I will probably be using this to post links to threads I've already made mainly, and also links to things other people do that I find interesting. I may also do some random discussion about other games and memes and youtube videos like would probably be expected of a homethread, but I may also use this as a way to join together all my niche worlds and stories and have discussion about them. To start off how about some shameful self-promotion by putting another link to the thing I've been putting on anyplace that makes sense. But seriously, this series is what got me started in the playthroughs section. This save was the first one I made upon getting Niche again, (as evidenced from the fact that it is named New Game, meaning I hadn't yet figured out how to name saves). That topic was one of the first I made here on the forums. So it only makes sense that this should be my first post here on my new homethread. I'm so glad that all of you make this forums such a fun place, and I'm glad I started down this journey by posting my youtube videos on here. So enjoy my new homethread that I've posted in the Niche section to copy A Nicheling because I started here in the Niche section and most of the content I read and write is here. I'm sure the mods can move it if needed in the future, but I hope they don't, even if it gets a bit off topic for Niche. Unless it becomes never about Niche ever, in which case I guess it would make sense.

So....I've been hinting at this since I got back on the forums. And finally, here it is! The continuation of my niche storymode playthrough With 40 episodes of me being bogged down and stuck with 100 nichelings to gather food with every turn on the archipelago, making stories, breeding nichelings, explaining the history of my ever-growing tribe, and murdering bunnies to prevent the little thieves from eating our limited berry supply; it's definitely near to my heart and a story I need to continue. Especially with me having never completed story mode! So to end this cycle of my 100+ archipelago tribe and continue on toward home island, I did the hard work a couple days ago and spent probably near 3 hours straight playing niche to collect all that food and breed all the nicheling I needed to to prepare for the journey. Only 40 minutes of this made it into the video, with the majority of the boring work done off camera, and only updates and important bits in this video. I present to you, and moments ago all of youtube who may care to watch Niche videos of my quest and never-ending on-the-fly story making skills made with poor equipment including: a microphone embedded into my earbuds and a computer with a giant barcode crack in the middle of the screen and not enough ram for this (which is why you hear that constant whirring sound in the background, that's my computer fan working overtime), season 2 of my Niche storymode playthrough! And the biggest run-on sentence you've ever seen of semi-serious subject matter crafted with some semblance of grammar in mind on the internet.

Nooo Mouse became evil. I never really liked Sunrise but Mouse was my favorite character and now she just murdered someone

The spirit felt torn. Something about this made them nervous. But also they wanted to see what was out there and get their memories back. Something inside them longed to, but something else warned them against. "Are you sure that's a good idea? I mean, I would love to. But couldn't some...harm come to us out there?"

The spirit perked up, "Yeah! I'm sure it will. I found out I'm a brother. Maybe we should swap some memories or something and see if we can find out more about ourselves." ((Also @Ghost-tuft can you update my spirit title to "The Nervous Brother"? Sure I'll get a nickname or even more accurate title eventually but this will work for now)

This website has plenty of threads of people asking questions about the game, and of people's playthroughs where they sometimes share things about it. I don't think there is a single comprehensive guide, (though some people did start some I'm sure) but if you search for your questions you may find answers. (Be sure to use the suggested other searches such as whole phrases and x AND y). Plus if you do have a specific question or group of questions people will respond and help you out. What questions do you need answered? I could maybe help answer them. Have you tried story mode? That has a tutorial at the beginning. It's not comprehensive either but will help you with the basics.

Thanks! I'll keep that in mind. I was just gonna run right through the swamp but now I may stop to breed....depends how soon the sleeping sickness attacks I guess lol
