This is why her second name is Mire (werewolves have 3 names, birth name, middle name given by the queen, last name chosen by own self), because granny really didn't like her. Hamlet responded to this by deciding that SHE would be the next queen, announcing this by giving herself the name Crown. So after other potential successors ✨tragically✨ died and she was one of the few left, she was finally chosen as queen. Hamlet is 39 years old and has no children. She is being gently pressured into producing a heir pls by the council thingy they've got. Queen during Astraion's lifetime living in his himetown.
