She nods and leads the way

(Back for a little bit)

The cub followed, keeping pace.

The sun was halfway to dusk when you came upon a waterfall. Mother had told you about these, saying they can be quite beautiful.

She whimpered, her mother would come home soon. She wanted to run back, but she couldn't...

The creature that had you seemed to be another jaguar, but you weren't completely sure.

Eventually, you were were down.

"Stay." The creature said, leaving

The falling water was a crystal blue-white, with foam forming at the bottom.

But something happened. The crystal clear water had turned black as the night.

She did so silently. Mother should be home by now, she'll find me.

The creature led you into a clearing with two or three other jaguar-looking creatures.

There were also a couple of cubs playing not far off.

She looked around the clearing and swiftly walked to a corner, telling herself 'It'll all be fine' right?

Eventually, you heard loud rustling in the undergrowth, rapidly growing closer.

Then, a stamped of deer rushed out of the undergrowth, jumping the river.

One of them kicked Alder into the black water, the current taking him back toward sunrise.

Another deer kicked you into the black depths of the river, carrying you in the same direction of the black cub.

Blaze yowled "Oh no you don't" she said clawing at the deer. Plz let there be something safe, she thought, or at least something for Alder to climb onto
