I need a cane oww my thighs

I have had thigh pain since 2 days ago.

the first day it was only numbness. I got it by trying to do 100 squats no breaks.

now It hurts when I WALK.

here's some pain sounds,

wait I don't have a mic.

nvm.

it has gotten worse every single day.

it's not bone hurting juice, it's in my MUSCLES.

just.

well I also forgot to stretch.

I've done 100 squats before.

also it was at school where we walk alot.
