Playing niche but it's impossible

I start with 5 food and 5 nest matterial

I start on deadly hills

I have this nicheling, Iris. She will somehow survive here.

No wanderers, only rogue males

Blind genes mode

Lets roll

On the first apptemt Iris starves with a bearyna watching over her

On the second aptemt Iris starves but lasts 1 day longer

[BirbMonster]

Iris, just survive, it's not hard

[BirbMonster]

Apptemt 3 and she starves again, so I increase her food to 10

[BirbMonster]

On apptemt 4 she breeds with a rogue, so I put normal paws in her mutation menu.

She survives longer, thanks to having 10 food.

They sense pregnancy

They're forming a flock

Help

She survives 13 days but starves again

On this apptemt she saved herself from starvation by catching a rabbil then died from a l e e c h

I was able to change the day whilst my only nichling was ded.

100x damage for everything and 0x healing.

Try waiting at a rabil burrow and catching all the rabils. Then once a bearayeana and a friendly bearayeana spawn, hit the bearayeana once and run away. Keep doing that till it dies. Then invite in the friendly bearayeana, and breed with it.

Rogue males exist too, and I can put a runner leg in her mutation menu

I tried the technique I suggested yesterday and got to 38 days. I only died because I forgot to smell for bearayeana. Otherwise, I would have survived. I also put runner leg in her mutation menu, and got a baby with the bearayeana claw and the runners leg.

I tried again and am at 48 days.

Since lifespan is default I'll increase it to adults living 45 days to make it easier.

 I didn't know the life span was default so I have my adults at 79 days, teenagers and 15 days, children at 3, and babys at 3. I also have the pregnancy duration at 3.
