bostonlobstah
I went to long winter and thought I was doomed. But after only 16 days, rabbils started to spawn! Is long winter only supposed to last that long? Did the old weather bug make this seem more severe than it is?
iikuzal
It happened to me too. I remember when I had a story mode long winter that lasted more than 100 days before the update, now it only takes around 20 days 1

Spacestar TheThundersuncat
It varied for me, but anything over 50 days might be alarming. Haven't been there recently, though.
bostonlobstah
I know that it used to be, if you exit the save the weather resets and the snow lasts indefinitely. (like what happened in Adam's Quest where poor Jessi had to marathon it). Now long winter seems so much shorter now that the weather saves. @Philo I'm curious what the programmed amount of days is, for how long the 'long winter' is generally supposed to last.
