I don't think this is needed, as it already doesn't add any, so it already has a debuff. If a baby is born underwater, it wouldn't be able to move.

I tested it on this ugly thing I drew a long time ago and kinda like the result It looked better with animation and I saved it wrong...

Remember to copy image adress, not just the image, or the animation won't be copied!
