Soon after leaving, Nunu and Floo arrive at a dencently sized island covered in purply blue weeds. Floo can smell roots near by. Maybe Nunu will want to eat them?

Poor kid. She seemed to have so much spirit and didn't care much what others thought. I don't know what happened (don't want to) but she was here before me so its weird without her.

Nunu gives his mother and father one last goodbye hug, neither caring about their sons terrible scent, and after their long and heartfelt goodbyes (which I'm too sensitive to go into detial about) both Floo and Nunu start head out for the port.

Rosie goes over to him, giving her now grown son a big hug. 'I'm so glad your're ok!' She says, despite the smell. 'He wants to come with me on the port.' Floo tells them. 'But I told him it's up to you guys. I know Glacier was his age, maybe younger, when we started traveling together but he had no choice. That island was cold and lonely and Glacier would have frozen. But Nunu has a family here where it's never cold or lonely. He has a choice.' Rosie looks over at Glacier. 'He's right.' Glacier looks at the ground for a moment to think, then he looks up at Floo. 'We've been on a lot of cool adventures, me and you. The only thing is I never had the adventuring spirit, and you did. That's why me and Rosie chose to start a family and you didn't. You want to be free to explore with someone like you,' He looks over at his son. 'And I know you have it too. I could see it in your eyes the moment you opened them. I think keeping you here would be like keeping you from yourself. So you should go with Floo, because I know you'll help each other along the way.' Floo sniffles, 'That was BEAUTIFUL.' he cries a little and wipes his tears. 'I'll miss you so much.' 'I know buddy, but I'll miss you more.' Glacier gives him a hug.

Floo knows he can't stray far from the port. He needs to get back there before the day is over, so he stays where he is and waits for Glacier. Thankfully, in no time at all, Glacier appears from the grasses and bolts over to Floo. 'OH good, you haven't left yet.' He gives Floo a big squeeze. 'Have you seen Nunu? He seemed to have lost us in the bearyena attack.' 'Yeah, he's...' Floo stops as Nunu walks up from behind him. 'I'm right here.' He says, a very strong stench seems to be coming off his fur. 'HhHmMm... must be puberty.' Floo and Glacier think, trying to hold in their breakfast.

Thankfully in the morning there is no bearyena scent lingering in the air. This means that Floo will have the chance to say his farwells without any distractions.

ok I'm back Floo walks off the port to find his friend. He doesn't think Glacier will like the idea of Nunu out traveling, but he also wants to say his final goodbye. On his way back inland, he runs into Rosie and Hermit, both sleepy peacefully after running from the bearyena. Floo decides to lay down too. Tommorrow will be the day he's says goodbye and leave the island.

OH recently I stubbed my little toe on a tree and it had this dark purple line under the skin. It was so painful I wanted crutches. This lasted for a few days but it's like 70% better now.

I'm bumbing this thread because I have a theory. (this has some spoilers if you've never been to coastal highway. and if you know anything about this, DON'T SPOIL. I want to test it for me self) I was recently exploring the cinder hill mines in coastal highway and if you've ever been there, you know that there's two parts. One at the top of the moutian (where u can go to pleasant vally) and one near the log sort. The one near the log sort seems to be very short compaired to the other mines I've been in and doesn't come out anywhere. It only leads to a old and seemingly broken elevator. But when you enter that same abandoned mine, you get a location trigger that says something about leaving the region, exactly like the tigger you get when going into the other mine (the one that leads to pleasant vally) How can I leave when there's only one entrance??? Suspicion levels through the roof. Bottom line is that I'm 95% sure that the two are contected through the elevator. I think that there's more to that elevator than it seems. Maybe it works during the auroras because of electricity?! That might be a strech, but who knows? And if it did, that would be one awesome short-cut. Anyway, thanks for coming to my ted talk. If you read through all that your a saint, because my thoughts can be very messy. Also I've been obbsessed with this game and I feel like this is a safe place to share our obsessions, even if no one cares.

First days are always boring. Just the teachers telling you stuff about themselves and doing all that get-to-know-you stuff that introverts hate. It'll get better

same. I hated school before the pandemic, but I miss being in a real classroom with a teacher and doodling on my paper. Plus I think this year I have a better idea of who I want as friends which is good.

I've been wondering this for a while and now that this thread has been revived - is it possible to be sexaully actrated to one side of the gender spectrum and romanticly actrated to the other at once?

Waaay back by the port, Floo prepares to leave, but hears little pitter patters on the beach behind him. He turns quickly. 'Oh it's you,' T'was Nunu, waiting wide eyed in sand. 'Come to say goodbye?' 'No,' He says stubbornly. 'I want to come with you.' Floo sighs. 'Good cause I was hoping... wait, no! I can't! I sorry but your parents wound never let you come. They've seen how dangerous it can be out there.' 'Please??? It can't be worse then this place. I've already seen a bearyena!' 'You're too young.' Floo keeps trying to shake him off. 'But Papa says he was around my age when he started traveling with you!' 'Darn it, he's right.' Floo says to himself. I'm not going back until you say yes!' Nunu plops his rump down right on the port. Floo thinks. He'd love it if Nunu could come, but he couldn't just take him from his parents, and he does need to say goodbye...

Both Hermit and his father jump into the grass, and run into Rosie. She lights up when she sees them. 'UGH I was so worried!' She doesn't hesitate to start licking Glacier's many cuts and wounds. 'Hermits alright, right?' 'He's fine, I made sure of that.' Glacier tells her. 'Yeah Papa kicked that thing's butt so hard, it's never gonna wanna come back!' Hermit chimes in. The family retreats further into the grasses, and fortuetly they stumble into a little pre-made nest. The perfect place to stay until the bearyena is gone.

Back at camp, Glacier fends of the great beast. He has many wounds, but it's nothing that a few magic healing plants can't fix. On the plus side, Hermit is old enough to run now so Glacier doesn't have to fight anymore. (Is anymore really just one word?? cause I don't think my spell check is working)
