Cure to Boredom?

Since April, I've noticed how bored I get whenever I play Niche. "Challenges" made me even more bored, and trying to unlock the remaining achievements I have is a pain in the neck.

Certainly some of you have experienced the same? If so, how did you remedy this?

I agree with @medicine cat. Breaks are important. Every once in a while I need to just step away from a game I'm playing, especially if it's the only game I'm playing on a daily basis.

Whenever I get really bored, I just stop playing, sometimes for weeks or months, it can take up to half a year or even more (though usually not with Niche but I had and still have it with other games I play occasionally) until I really get the urge to play the game again. I don't think there is a better fix if challenges don't do it for you Maybe the next update will help out

I just end up deleting saves and playing different ones. I'll suddenly have tons of fun with one tribe, then just as suddenly lose interest. The only tribe I'm able to play almost without getting bored is my Whims of Fate challenge tribe. It's gone over 600 days (longer than any of my other tribes)!
