Kevin grinned, holding the ruler in his dominant hand and holding his trash can helmet in his lesser hand. Putting it back on, Kevin asked with anger in his low voice. "I told you to quit. I never thought it had to come to this. I'm supposed to get paid more money, not minimum wage." The words exited fastly out of his mouth as he sprinted towards Sky. "You don't understand, Kevin! All you do is look important and sit in your chair all day watching p-" Kevin stabbed the ruler into his leg, causing Sky to shriek loudly. "And all YOU do is write your name on things! You didn't even read the contracts, now we're gonna be sold to Disney and we won't be able to make episodes about serious things to help children understand them!" Kevin shrieked before stabbing the ruler into Sky's leg.

"Kevin, John did that. Nobody ever suspects John. I saw the contract he was writing, I tried to stop him but it was too late." Sky mumbled with sadness in his voice right before Kevin chucked off his helmet. Suddenly, a confused and even angrier look crossed Kevin's face. "He'll pay. By force.

Henry shivered. Kate had a gun, and while he wasn't sure why she had it, he prayed that she didn't want to use it on him. Kate made eye contact with him, and slowly skipped closer to his table. Kate grabbed his food and shook it's can aggressively, a large amount of food particles falling into his home. Henry raced and caught the food in his mouth, nibbling on them when he was finally finished. He was feeling full, Kate didn't usually give him this much food... Was he going to be released? Get a mate? Henry's mind flooded with the possibilities as Kate tightly gripped her gun. Kate spoke, but Henry didn't understand well. Through the blurry water, he saw Kate staring at her phone with an angry and vengeful frown. Her grip was so strong, mad and shaking, she almost broke it.

Kate put the phone down and crept over Henry. She gently grabbed him and took him out of the water, even with Henry's nervous slippering and shaking. "You'll pay with blood!" Kate shouted, shaking her gun and loading it. Henry watched in horror and tried to breathe, to no avail. The first words he understood from his owner were about to be his last. Kate put her finger on the trigger, and looked at Henry one last time.

Bang, went Kate's gun as she pulled the trigger. She miraculously didn't miss, shooting Henry in the mouth. Birds flew off of Kate's land as she realized what she had done, and her neighbors vigorously knocked and rang the bell to her front door. She sobbed and stared at Henry's corpse, his lifeless eyes peering back at her. They almost spoke to her. What have you done, you loveless snide?!  The voice in her head hissed and twitched, as she mistook it for Henry screaming at her. She ugly cried as her tears dripped and fell onto Henry's lifeless body. If he was still almost alive, her tears could have given him breath. But he didn't come back. He never came back.

Chef fighting

This was supposed to be a normal work day.

But of course, it wasn't. Of course dead chickens rose from the dead just to kill the kitchen staff! OF COURSE THEY ALMOST KILLED SEVERAL OF THEIR COWORKERS ON MANY OCCASIONS!

Ben had enough. The usually quiet and timid chef wanted to uppercut these featherless bipeds into the sun, where they would, for a hot second, cook to the perfect temperature, and then turn to dust. The others wailed like cicadas in an effort to stop him from leaving the only completely safe room, but he didn't listen. To the casual observer, he looked like a honorable fictional knight who had turned to cooking after saving several princesses from many dragons for so long.

His dull sword could easily cut the chickens into pieces if he managed to hold them down long enough, while his frying pan mostly served as a shield, but also as a way to potentially knock out the ground-bound birds. After a few minutes of heroic walking and room checking, Ben found an un-dead meat mass resembling the form of the zombie chickens lying on a cutting board, except it seemed more dead than un-dead. Curiously and hesitantly, he poked at the pink culmination of limbs with his trusty cutting dagger.

But of course it just so happened to grab his knife and poke at him with a two-pronged fork! It didn't sting even a tiny bit, but it sure as heaven did shock him and send him tripping backwards. Ben eeked loudly, somehow unsettling the blind and deaf gathering of cells, sending it jumping onto his stomach, landing onto the pointed and thrown cutting fork. A bit of blood sploshed out of Ben's stomach, soon trickling down his hips and onto the white and black checkered floor.

"YOU-" The man, the myth, the legend who was about to strangle a zombie bird, resisted the urge to curse. Just like the chicken's position and thought of winning, the tables were turned upside down as the skin-covered mammal shrieked with all his might, jumping at the meat sack and stabbing it with his kitchen knife. Like a child shoved into a lake, the soon-to-be-dish flailed around with it's short meaty limbs, the man on top of it laughing like a maniac at the thought of killing an evil animal with a knife and his bare hands.

The chicken stopped moving all together. Fallen blood and tears dropped and slid down the bird's silky, fleshy body. "Are you proud of me, mommy?! ARE YOU PROUD OF ME!?" Ben breathed heavily and howled with anger. The un-dead dead chicken was just the first obstacle in this chapter of Ben's life, but now soon he would need to face the emotional and mental ones as well.
