  1. Wow, Common's so naïve and innocent. That's not going to bode well with two nichelings with anger issues and one who is clearly in it for themselves. Hopefully they'll learn that the world is not all sunshine and butterflies without losing their optimism. Trickery is also pretty smart. Outrage and Sanity clearly have some anger issues and cannot fully cooperate, but Trickery is pragmatic and seems to be a team player. I just hope they can deal with Outrage's aggression and Sanity's well, issues. I don't know much about Ambition yet, since they seem to be a bit in the background. But they seem confident. (I feel bad for that orange nicheling, but they really don't have much of a use. All of the characters are biologically female and could therefore not breed with her. Common already fills the niche of a moderate, speedy nicheling, and she doesn't add any new benefits to the tribe. Still sad that she died so early, though).
  2. I'm liking the story and characters so far, but I got a few questions. Common is genderfluid and the rest are nonbinary, right? I just need to make sure so I don't misgender them in later comments.
  3. Oh, this looks interesting. A lot of things are already left hidden about the characters and settings. I mean, just how were the nichelings created? How do they feel about their current situation? And what even defines 'good' and 'evil' when some nichelings are nothing but negative traits and others nothing but positive traits? I hope to see how this turns out...
  4. I mean they're called 'baby' and 'child' in the game, but I'm not completely sure. I generally just use generic terms to describe young nichelings.
  5. Wow! You have 20+ playthroughs! It's hard enough for me to focus on 1-2 playthroughs. I mean, Among Niche is quite complicated, and Lost and Found is easier, but can still be a bit hard.
  6. Short snout is not useless. It is just the most 'basic'. It still gets +2 smelling, so there is an evolutionary/gameplay purpose for it.
  7. Short snout is supposed to be the basic snout gene, so I think it's intentional that it's the weakest one.
  8. As it turns out, I'm an aquatic nicheling!
  9. Among Niche has officially been uploaded! To see more content from it, go to the Among Niche page!
  10. We're almost ready to embark! Only one crewmate's design is left to be created!
  11. Exam week has started, so I might be a little busy. Just saying.
  12. If you're wondering why it's taking so long... I'm making short bios for each of the characters. This will be more developed than my last run.
  13. Should I make a new run based on Among Us?
  14. Original ~~~~ -Like Hawk’s ears, Ghost’s ears are very large and similar to a fennec fox’s. This not only helps him hear better, but also allows him to cool down when the day gets hot. -Eyes are a very dull blue, but what is most unique about them are the fact his sclera are black instead of the typical white. This unique mutation doesn’t do anything, but it does make him stand out from the crowd. -Ghost’s snout is short and rounded. It is very similar to Hawk’s, but with a rounder, flatter nose. His teeth and tongue are also very similar to Hawk’s, as the both of them have very similar facial features. -Ghost’s body is fairly average in build, with his fur being short and soft despite its spiky appearance. The fur itself is gold, but the majority of the body is covered with large gray patches. The longest parts of the fur are around the back legs and the tail. -Ghost’s paws are digitigrade and similar to a dog’s. The legs are thicker than Shingle’s, but with similar paw pads to them. Also of note is that Ghost’s back paws have longer fur around them (similar to Shingle’s feathering) and gold markings on them. -Ghost’s tail is long, thin, and somewhat fluffy.
  15. It's okay. I keep my pronouns on the down-low to stay anonymous.
  16. Now now, while this is true, isn't sometimes the most obvious disguise the best one? Still, you have convinced me to give you a second chance. @Lilyturf and @Sparklepop, what do you have to say for yourself? What I have to say is that no I have no idea who MEATYPOLTERGEIST69 is or why we're trying to figure out their identity, but I can safely assure you this is my only account. -For one, I don't follow anyone at the moment. -Our typing styles seem to be different. -And for another, I do actually use a certain set of pronouns (she/her). I don't display them for privacy reasons. -Finally, I have no idea what I would have to gain from an alternate account if I can just post my content on my main account.
  17. Original ~~~~ -Ears are very large and similar to a fennec fox’s. Hawk’s hearing is his primary sense. -Eyes are a dull, dark green, with Hawk himself being fairly nearsighted. His sense of smell and hearing are stronger than his sense of sight. -Hawk’s snout is similar to Shingle’s, but is slightly longer in length. His teeth are similar to a fox’s, very sharp and pointed, while his tongue is thin and long. -Hawk’s body consists of two different kinds of fur. There is his ‘primary’ fur, which is brown in color and rough in texture, and his ‘secondary’ fur, or mane, which is light brown in color and considerably softer. -Hawk is a sickly individual, so his body is rather frail. He is skinnier and weaker than most nichelings. -Like many nichelings of the Sundered Lands, Hawk has a pair of bird-like wings. Sadly for Hawk, he is not only too weak to be capable of flight, but his right wing is damaged to the point of being unusable. As for Hawk’s hind legs, they are similar to a raccoon’s or a monkey’s, very flexible with darker palms on the bottom and with five sharp claws at the end of each of his fingers. Due to this, Hawk has a plantigrade stance. -Hawk’s tail is similar to a fox’s, it is fairly thick and pointed at the end to it.
  18. I'm back to making character designs! Coming up will be Hawk and Ghost!
