Regular finds a very beautiful creature taking a dip in the ocean

Basic and Average run and hide in the tall grass. Everyone else runs from the bearyena too The bearyena starts following Regular and Usual. Although much weaker, Regular attacks the bearyena to try and distract it. Usual then makes her way to safety in the grasses. Meanwhile, Ordinary, Normal, Default and Standard are relieved that the bearyena has stopped following them. They find some tasty berries!

Basic and Average decide to start a family

Update! 2 nights ago we stayed at a nice hotel. But only for one night. All that day was a shopping spree for clothes. Then we took a 4 hour drive up to Vermont in the pouring rain. The mountains were beautiful and misty and green. We stayed at a much smaller hotel last night, it gave me 70’s log cabin vibes. We’ll stay there tonight as well. I just got back from visiting my aged great-aunt and her husband. She is disabled and lives in an assisted living apartment. She reminds me so much of her older sister, my grandmother who died when I was 8 years old. We forgot to buy flowers for her, so we brought her the veggie tales cast from our garden (2 cucumbers and 1 tomato lol ) In return she gave each of us an acorn ❤️🥰😭😩 My soul has been cleansed

With that new bear chasing us I've had to leave the baby bear behind, maybe if I manage to take this one down i'll find him again. The bear gives Walnut a whack Cedar is in serious danger if he stays by the bear so he runs down and breeds again with Tare Since the bear is focused on the others Cedar tries to stop the baby bear from running off, of course a rabbit pops out as he runs out of turns. Tare is in danger though if she stays there so she scoots over to one of the other nests. To block the bear from coming after baby Biscuit Umber and Brown gets between them Aaaaand guess who's back

Mmm yes, Tare isn't getting any younger. I just realised she has very similar genes to the tribe, moss brown in her genetics and brown horns and markings. Cedar is the one who found her and due to his injuries his lifespan is significantly shorter so I've had them breed, after putting the normal eyes in her mutation menu as well as the running legs. Thankfully her fertility didn't cause problems, this time anyway Look at all the berry bushes around her that she can't gather from Baby bear is making a run for it and the other bear returns, you'll see Tare and Cedar's baby Biscuit is still very similar to the rest of the tribe but we did manage to avoid the bad genes. He will have red gems like his mother.

Ha ha the rogue got scared off by the bear. I opt for the swipe once and then run away tactic for this one. Oh my gosh look who we just found Not great genes but we'll take whatever we get

I did a quick doodle of my oc on ibisPaint X I haven't drawn on my phone for a while

idk I just felt like it, I made a random new save with a random nicheling and we're here. I set the age settings *very* high (like baby 5 days child 10 teen 25 adult 100) and considering I randomly got home island immunity I might go for a full mutation menu : O we start with heather ,a randomly generated nicheling. I forgot to put her starting age up so im gonna age her up to a teen using console uhm yeah. that's all the backstory youre getting lets go so the rumours were true after all... after all those years, all those hardships, heather's family and her friends and her home had just become a distant memory in one foul swoop of a bluebird's wings; merely a story to be told to her future children. she was only young, but still old enough to be told the tale of her ancestors- adam, his children, their children, all of the other generations, and then her. her, heather. the new adam. the new start of it all. her family had already made that journey once, struggling through every climate the world could offer to reach that island- home island- and now she was the beginning of that journey but all over again. and for some reason it didn't bother her. she knew what she was about to get into, and accepted it graciously- now time to begin that journey! her first steps into this new land were towards the shore, which she realised was a terrible idea right after she felt several teeth bite into her aching bones. ah yes, a leech. heather was usually a nicheling with a reasonable amount of intelligence, but that only was true when she realised this leech would be sucking her blood like a seafaring vampire until it fell of or she found help... just as the pain started to set in, she managed to sniff out a wanderer! seems like he doesn't care about heather's situation until she's got enough food for him heather struggled to find food for the wanderer and herself for several days until she found a berry bush and a healing fruit- yes! she could get enough food and then heal herself for the journey back. she gathered food until she woke up to her wound being closed up by some miracle, and decided that wanderer can starve for all she cares. amazing and rare wings or not, if he isn't gonna save a bleeding nicheling without an offering of food then- agh! the nerve of that thing! heather wasn't even going to give him a second chance. he had a chance to star in this new journey of hers and he turned it away. besides, that healing fruit should do the exact same thing he would do. she doesn't need anyone. "oh. hello there." heather wondered why she could constantly hear rustling in the bushes beside her; honestly she thought her sanity had taken a turn for the worse and there was no going back, but actually having a friend is better. he introduced himself as lichen, and said he could sense a disruption, and found her, and decided to watch her and realised what was happening. heather didn't seem impressed: "well if you were wondering what was up with me, you should've just asked instead of, yknow, stalking me..". lichen accepted the food, and deep down knew what he had to do- he was well acquainted with the stars and spirits of the world and wanted to mentor heather into his heir- just as able to communicate with spirits. not only was he growing old and needed someone to pass on the knowledge, but heather told him a lot about her past and what she suspected was going to happen, and knew that she had a lot more uses for his abilities than he ever would. "look", the old man echoed to heather. "these roots have been growing in this earth for longer than we've been alive, and the earth was kind enough to let us use it." heather listened intently. "and if we have trained long enough, we can talk to the earth, and show how thankful we are for these gifts. for example, I know about adam. he was your ancestor, no? I could thank him for letting me use this root, or thank him for starting a legacy that lead to you gifting me those berries, or thank him for many other things. and, with enough training, so could you." heather simply stared at him, the silence only broken when she uttered: "really? *I* could see adam?" "no, of course not." "but-" "you cant see them, I trust your parents taught you that if something dies its gone. but, something, a chunk of their soul, remains. and you can learn to summon those souls to you. when I die, I hope people call my spirit to them with a root, as those are the gifts I take the most and I want to be honoured by the things others were kind enough to give to me, as in the end, the only thing that matters is what others thought you were worthy of having. you can be amazing but if nobody else knows that you will be easily forgotten and your spirit merely a lost cloud of will. as a matter of fact, perhaps I should add 5 berries to what I want my spirit to be called by?" he chuckled. heather had a lot to think about that night. all this new spirit stuff flew through her mind all night as she dreamt.

So I should be working on my Tourniment tribe, but this looks so cool... I rolled for Black, so here we have: Shadow, Jet, Nyx, Midnight, Onyx, Darkness, Cole and Nox. Not too confusing right? Right off the bat, Midnight finds a nest. She recieves a Yellow Gem for her discovery. She and her mate Shadow will have the first child. Meanwhile, Jet has found our first Berry Bush, Recieving a Pink Gem for his find. He and his mate Onyx will begin unlocking Nimble fingers for there children's children. Darkness had found another berry Bush and gotten a Pink Gem. Her mate is Cole by the way. Onyx also found a bush and got a Pink Gem. How Shocking, Young Spooky looks just like his Father. Nice Job, Nyx has found two Bushes and Nox has found one. Pink Gems for both. Cole has found a Bush and a nest right next to each other. Pink and yellow gem for him. Midnight has found another nest so another yellow gem.

Russet and Bellona's first baby Fertility didn't get in their way the second time. Its Bear and Sienna's last day, Bear spends his calling from the tree stump, Coffee will replace him once he's gone. Sienna catches a stagmole for the tribe. Gelb also finds a tree stump. Possibly Lenta's last baby Thinking about breeding Hazel with Russet too

Russet and Bellona manage to mate at last. I've already got Bellona in a nest. Oh my I didn't realise how close the bear family was to the port. Oh my gosh look at this lil cutie, I have given him purple gems. I've put the normal eyes in his mutation menu. He actually has the scorpion tail in his genetics so would be a perfect match for Ruby, we might even be able to get a creature with the savanna horns and scorpion tail. And he also has blue eyes in his genetics so i'm thinking about putting that in the other slot. Bronze and Lenta are getting old now so i've had them breed again, Sorrel has also just moved to breed with him too. Bear finds a tree stump and is the first to use it to call.

Yeah i think I will breed Bronze with Lenta and Sorrel Yep as i skip the day I hear a sneeze, double immunity A baby, I've named him Gelb which is german for yellow. Lol look at this nest arrangement Chocolate is getting old so I've had Bear breed with her one last time. Sorrel is now fully grown so Bronze first mates with her, fertility causing some problems and then he joins Lenta. Oh I didn't realise Lenta has the scorpion tail in her inactive traits. I almost forgot to check her mutation menu. I've put the normal eyes and the red fur in her mutation menu. Mushroom and Gelb's father returns and Mushroom gives him a good swipe before he can get to Cinammon or Dun. He is still chasing after Cinammon though as I move her away, Privan stops him from getting to her. Lenta and Bronze's baby, Rouge is red in french

I would have called her Beast had she been male and also if she had the snout because then she would look more like Beast from Beauty and the Beast but I think I'll call her Bellona after the roman goddess of war. It's Tan's last day so i quickly get her into a nest to have her baby, praying it won't have double A immunity but I doubt I'm that lucky And look at what Dun just found. Lenta takes out the termite mound and grabs some tasty insects I'm trying to find a male for Lenta but the only one who is compatible is Bronze who I was planning on breeding with Sorrel

Average finds a stump! She ends up attracting our first wanderer

I have put normal eyes into Privan's mutation menu as well as ram horns. Privan and Mousy's baby, she's looking pretty good. I could pair her with Bronze, see if we can cracker jaws with nimble fingers. The bear family took down the bad bear and no one got hurt. I killed the baby too. Oh I've never swiped a baby bear before it sounds so sad. Tan sets herself down to have the rogue's baby Its Mousy's last day so she and Privan mate one last time. Foolishly I moved Tan out of the nest and the rogue struck again, I got lucky with Mushroom's immunity genes I bet I won't be so lucky the second time round. It's also Tanu and Isreme's last day

With a little help from Biscuit, Chocolate takes down the bear without getting hurt. Isreme's new baby boy Um are you serious right now Tan quickly runs over but she can only swipe once at the bear before she runs out of turns leaving her right next to him. Isreme hits him twice and then runs. Mousy just runs. Unfortunately, the rest of our bear claws are further up and won't have time to help. Poor Tan, the resident bear is here but Tan can take him on her own.

Big mistake little Bunny, Chocolate here will destroy you Tan uses her bear claw to take down the rogue male who was sneaking over to see Mousy I've put the normal eyes and nimble fingers in Tanu's mutation menu as well. Thinking about breeding him with Coco. It is Mocha's last day Tanu wanders over to meet Coco and mates with her. ITS A BOY FINALLY Oooh he could match with Chocolate they have different immunity genes Caramel's daughter is named Sienna

Oooh a baby with a different colour. And more girls. This is Chocolate, our bear baby, her gems will be orange Umber and Mocha's baby is called Nut Caramel also breeds with the bear, really hoping for a boy from her. A bunny hopped out from the grass after she mated with the bear and made the wrong moves, Cedar helped her kill it. Poor Cedar hasn't had time for his own children. These bunnies are really dumb

Pecan and Umber are working together to pick the berry bush clean. Our males scout out ahead hoping to find more. Well well well this is a surprise, on moving Caramel up to the second nest she manages to find another right next to it Finding a lot of nests around here, Walnut found the one on the right Good god another one

Right off the bat Brown finds a nest, maybe he and Tawny should be the first to have a baby. I'm being very careful with my females at the moment as I know this is a place for rogue males Haven't managed to find any food, this could be a problem Speaking of food, well done Umber Cedar finds a permanent nest near to our berry bush Brown and Tawny make use of the first nest I'd like some name suggestions for future babies, there are only so many shades of brown i can use.

My baby boys Ron and Reg, they're much older now, over 2, and Ron is a superb little hunter. I think he must love me because I woke up this morning to a very dead mouse lol, thank god it wasn't on my bed. And yes that little scratch on Reg's face was from Ron, they used to tussle a lot when they were kittens, its all healed up now. KYNSEED the biggest feature (getting married, having kids,a nd then playing as your kids when you die) hasn't been added quite yet (Early Access; marriage is next on their list of to-adds though), but it's still really fun! also it's nothing like niche but I love Niche and games like it and I love Kynseed soooo
