  1. I agree that rogue males wouldn't want to have children with females that don't look nice, but since all rogues have Derpsnout, I feel like they would like Derpsnouted females because they look like them.
  2. I finally managed to think of how I can say what I was trying to say before in a simpler way. What I was trying to explain is, if, for example, there was a creature with white and black fur, but also Butterfly Body, then you wouldn't be able to get a nice gray color like you normally would. Instead, you'd just get a white creature with a black middle. So basically what I had been trying to say is that you wouldn't ever get cool colors like gray, pink, or even the orange color of Adam on a Butterfly Bodied creature. (It's not like Adam would have Butterfly Body, but still, orange is cool)
  3. @PhiaroseI see what you're saying. So, would they look like these? (I posted this picture on the other post too) (That's my dog, Jack, and he has ears that I NEED in Niche. I wanna recreate him )
  4. @allytoNobody@bannergirl411 Well, at least try restarting from the same bloodline, and if it doesn't work, just make a new save.
  5. @bannergirl411 Scratch that, apparently (according to another post), if you can kill off all your creatures (drown them, starve them, anything), you can "Restart from the Same Bloodline), and one of the creatures it gives you will have HII. You'll keep all your mutations, too.
  6. Once, in my favorite tribe, I took my creatures over to a new island, only for me to realize too late that I had only brought a couple males... and they all only had a few days with. (WHY Pako?? It felt like you were born yesterday, but you went and died of old age on me!) Thankfully, probably about 5-8 days later, a rogue male turned up. I immediately made all my females go and breed with him (thankfully birthing three sons on that first day of breeding with him). This was an island that would usually be very, very bad, but in this case it was perfect, because it was FULL of Rogue Males. 100 days or so later, we STILL have albinism showing up in half the creatures that we got from those rogues. I named that island Rogue Male Island. (I like the name the islands.)
  7. @bannergirl411 You can still get to the Home Island, but in order to invite the creatures into your tribe, you need at least one of your creatures to have the Home Island Immunity. If you want to invite them in, restart. If you don't care, just keep on going. You might make it over to another island where you unlock Poison Fangs or you might find a wanderer with it. However, the only way to get Home Island Immunity (HII) before getting to Home Island is from Adam. I would recommend starting over, and every time you make up a pair of creatures to breed with, make sure at least one of the creatures breeding has HI, and once you think you're done breeding out their genes, make sure at least one of the children that will (eventually) be breeding has HII.
  8. Woo! Entering so maybe I can get one for a friend
  9. @ChasingNyx Well, dogs sometimes have these ears (like mine!), and they can still hear better than humans, right? @Phiarose This has already been suggested here.
  10. What about the genes you get from hybridizing with this creature I made up last month?
  11. My biggest tribe is at about 40 right now (And I wanted to stay under 20. I'm not very good at keeping the populations down!)
  12. This would be really cool to have! By the way, @KageAngel02, here's my way of sorting out my creatures in my 200+ day tribe with 1k+ food: Rejects- Full red gems, and pairs have a special combination of colored gems, like pink red pink, and each pair would have a different combination. I just recently started with this system (before I've mostly just had one pair that bred and then other pairs would just have a couple children to keep the immunities, but now I have about 40 creatures and more immunities to keep, so it's kinda hard to keep track), but before I would just mark the ones I wanted to breed with full blue gems (I also did this to the creatures I was gonna move to the next island).
  13. ... What? (By the way, it's called a Bearyena---a combination of Bear and Hyena.)
  14. I have some pictures of a weirdo port as well with no stone. I'm on vacation right now and on my tablet, but when I get home tomorrow I'll edit this with the pictures. (They're also on my Mysterious Portal thread on here.) EDIT: Here's my pictures.
  15. That... oh wow, that's weird. Have they used any commands on that savefile?
  16. Gimme gimme! This looks awesome and I was confused to look at Steam (a while ago) to see it's not playable yet when there's an entire forum for it already!
  17. @DogCatCowPig Ikr! Many in-game days ago I bred a few Nichelings with a Bearyena, but I only bred one of their babies and then spread his Bearyena genes into the tribe. After many, many days, and several islands, I managed to get rid of the Bearyena Snout and Hindlegs (I just didn't want them) but still have H and G immunity, plus Bearyena Ears, which we STILL haven't unlocked in the mutation menu! (Everyone in the tribe either has Nimble Fingers or Bearyena Claw, but that was bred in with the Mutation Menu) Apparently, in any of the pairs I've bred with, the two breeders never both had recessive Bearyena Ears, but sometimes one does. Now, I finally actually made a pair specifically so we can unlock those cute ears! I have to make so many pairs just to keep all of our immunity genes (which is a lot)! Long live Bearyena Ears!
  18. This sounds AWESOME! And just to help you out, here's the names of the things you din't know the names of (or at least what everyone calls them)~ Owl like birds- Bluebirds (It's basically a blue hawk) Iceberg things- Iceblocks Mole Holes/The Dirt Holes for The Moles- Stagmole holes (They're moles with Stag antlers) Snow/Or Whatever the Blue Glaze looking Pastel color is- I think you may be thinking of the frozen ground in mountain biome~ Snow is white and will sometimes fall there, piling up so you can't go on the tile without clearing the snow away first.
  19. @MysticTopaz I keep forgetting to play on the LDTT Tribe I made this challenge and now 4 people have completed it before me! I guess I'll just have to create the best tribe ever to make up for it!
  20. What @Dinocanid said. Most trees have something to eat when you're on top of them, so the trees that are in those dark parts with poison berry bushes and thorn will occasionally generate snails that you can pick off for food.
  21. When you get to Whale Island, why don't you just go to a completely different island? You can choose what island you want to go to out of pretty much any island in the game (Probably not Crossing and Home Island in Story Mode)
  22. @DogCatCowPig That happened to me too. I went to a new island only for me to realize that I had only brought 3 males and they were all really old 😧 Thankfully the island we were on was FULL on Rouge Males so I was able to quickly find one and continue the line We still have Albinism running strongly through our genes 😐
  23. @Asterai Instead of Night Eyes, what about Nightvision/Nightvision eyes?
  24. Sorry for a third response, but this guy is just ADORABLE and I have to share his cuteness with everyone Dukvan, God of the Seas! One of my creatures found him just wandering by! Btw, @Lilytuft. I found him on my tribe I'm using to try and get that Ramfox Nicheling on your Breeding Goals 🥔 page.
  25. I'm pretty sure it's supposed to look like that. The previous texture looked too much like a Jungle port. This one doesn't look like any of the other ports, so I assume that it's supposed to look like this. Besides, it looks like it would go to a Whale Island.
