So if you toggle this on in the sanbox customization menu, you can find Eve in an iceblock. And by Eve, I mean this:
Because she's kinda ancient. And the important part? She's pregnant with Adam's child and if you let her give birth, the baby will have home island immunity! With that you can get round ears on home island.
Of course you can only find Eve once and the chances of finding her are really small. Still it could get pretty annoying if you're just going for the ice genes, so toggling it off has to be an option. And also this can't happen in storymode. Anyways, it's just something that long time players might enjoy.
