Hey folks As it often is the case when I have a longer vacation, I started prototyping a small Niche-related game ^^ So far, all you can do selecting your little 'Nichelings' and tell them were to go. If you place them next to bushes, they automatically start collecting and continue to do when you leave them there (automating tasks is one the points I want to try out with this prototype). You can also approach an animal of the opposite sex and mate with it. And after setting the pregnant female in the nest and waiting for a but, a baby is born. No genetics yet 😮 I'll be tinkering some more with this and let you know

@SilverHowl Are you/is he using the new build on the preview branch? If not, that means you're using the workaround I provided earlier, right? What we're trying to figure out is wheter the game automatically loads the right save files again in the new build on the preview branch. This has been a problem on Mac only.

@A Nicheling@Impy10 @Applesauce Ok the issue should be fixed! Would you folks mind helping us to test if it really works now? If yes, switch to the Preview Branch on Steam and check if your save files are shown again. Ping me with your results please ❤️ Thank you ^^

Hey folks As some of you might know, our team is from Switzerland. And we have a traditional pastry we eat on January 6th, the "Dreikönigskuchen". A small king figure is hidden in one of the pieces and if you find it, you get a crown. So, let's do a give away! Try to guess in which piece the king is hidden. @Impy10 @Applesauce @A Nicheling Hey folks, you are absolutely right, this is a new bug on Mac! We will make a new build with a fix next week. Meanwhile here is a workaround, if you want to access your old save files now: Go to: /Library/Application Support/unity.Team Niche.Niche - a genetics survival game/Saves Copy the save files from the and paste it into this folder: /Library/Application Support/com.strayfawnstudio.niche/Saves Does this work for you?

@Imperial officer Hm very weird, glad to hear it worked now. Maybe @David knows what the problem is.

If you put them back in your original folder they will show up inside the game again. If you want to "save" the save file, make a copy of it (If you reply to this with more questions please tag me, otherwise I might not see it!)
