Hey gamers, so basically Zukii and I were playing Terraria, and we had defeated the last lunar thingy. We went back home for some random stuff, but then the screen started glitching. We were both like 'wth' but ignored it. It did that for maybe 30 more seconds, and then... MOON LORD AWOKE!! And literally JUST as he spawned, we both heard the loudest crash of thunder/lightning outside. It must've been close because I've never heard thunder that loud before. I'm not scared of it or anything, but needless to say, I was shook. We obviously died, BUT we did take 1/4 of his health down. Anyways, we're now preparing as much as we can so we can FINALLY BEAT TERRARIA!!!!! Oki, that's all. Feel free to ignore this topic lol.

Hey everybody, I'm Emeraldheart! I just joined the Niche forums but I've been playing Niche ever since it was in beta. I have an interest in art, animation, genetics, and evolution, so Niche is essentially what comes to mind when I think of the perfect game. ^u^ I'm also a huge fan of warrior cats, and it seems like a lot of other people here are too, so hopefully I can bond with some of you over a common interest! It's great to see how active the community is here and I look forward to making some new friends!

Heya, not to intrude on the topic or anything, but I would suggest either Medibang Paint Pro as said by Akirameta, but also FireAlpaca (it's what I use). Even though it's literally what everyone says, practice. I saw this on someone's Insta and I tried it and it really helped - copy other people's art (not tracing directly, but try recreating it). The tip is mainly to help you figure out your art style (which worked for me I guess), but I assume it can also help with everything in general (it's how people say tracing isn't bad at the start as it gives you a starting point). Sorry if the info sucks, but yeah

Two nichelings wash up on an island. They found a new settlement with the help of some wanderers. Some are born there, some die there. A new nicheling is born in a little corner of the island. I have a few things DON'T THINK YOUR ART IS BAD i have a friend who's stuck in the loop of constantly thinking her art is bad and there's almost been no drawings she thought have been good, and they've always been really good. TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR ART! DON'T COMPARE YOUR ART TO MORE EXPERIENCED ARTISTS if you do want to compare it compare it to someone who you think has a similar skill level to you or slightly higher and look for what you can improve on within your art YOU CAN ALWAYS IMPROVE If you don't like the way your current style or art looks, you can always improve. Look at the way other artists have drawn something similar, and figure out how you can do something like that. THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH TRACING IF YOU'RE TRYING TO LEARN FROM IT!! DON'T USE AUTODESK SKETCHBOOK it's the only program that i am able to use (as i do art on my school pc and we can't download anything off the internet) and it's actual trash!! i would recommend medibang paint pro or paint tool sai all the way.

Mhm! I noticed as saving firealpaca project files, they save as mdp (edit, dunno if this is just for my pc or not so), the same as medibang paint pro, and when I looked it up, I saw that they were by the same devs.

As the sun settles lower in the sky, Floo walks over to Glacier and lays down in the reeds. He feels safe now. As they sit, Glacier takes his large hammer tail and lifts it up into the air. Then steadily, but quickly, brings it slamming down on the clam below him. Pieces of shell fly everywhere, and where the tail struck there is now a squashy, pink chunk of flesh. Gross. 'Ah so that's what it's for' Floo says to himself as Glacier slurps down the small slimy meat chunk.

I think we could still have a sacrifice tribe, but this is the story... Relea, this goddess of sacrifice, was pleased with the offerings they were giving her. Hearing their screams was the highlight of her day. Then, it got boring. Relea, as the goddess of sacrifice, told herself it was HER job to make sure the sacrifices were interesting, *insert Queen Scarlet,* and so she wiped them out. All of them. Free from the burden of a boring tribe, she left the island and came to a new one. She thought all was well and dandy... until she realized she wasn't alone. For out of the depths, came a swift goddess, the color of a sea at storm, with eyes the color of lilacs and a nose like a platypuses. But Relea knew she was not to be fooled by her appearance. As the nicheling came out of the water, one wave behind her grew to the height of a tsunami. "Who are you?" she said in a commanding voice. "I'm Relea, goddess of sacrifice and fire. Who's asking." "Kosi, goddess of the mind and water. And there are others here too." Relea let out a small hiss. She knew that now, she had an enemy. "Watch your back." she hissed, fleeing into the grasses. I think maybe Kosi would try to stop her, or maybe she would join the sacrifices? Who knows?

This would be a body gene and it would have a pouch like a kangaroo, with this a female nicheling can give birth without being on a nest and for a while after they give birth the baby can go in and out of the pouch and be carried around. Only female nichelings can have this gene

Now Floo doesn't quite get this clam obsession of Glacier's. 'I don't understand this strange little man,' He think. 'They're just squashy pink blobs of meat.' But wait. Isn't that what Lula though of him? Just a strange green vegetarian who also made a good friend? Floo thinks his thoughts while he gets in the water. After all, he's a little stinky too from that boiling island.

In the morning... more clams! Glacier is happy, because he wants to get all he can before they move on. While they're very neutrinos and all that, they also serve as a tasty reminder of his home island. Tasty clam. Pink man want.

At the beach, Glacier is ecstatic. It's been so long since his gills met with water. Very refreshing.

“Achoo!” A tiny newborn nicheling sneezed. Her fur was a grayish brown, and she had the crooked jaw of her parents. Her pale pink horns curved around her face. Her tail was a modest length, reaching around the middle of her back. She squirmed a bit, until she felt something furry. She leaned in, and it was warm. She didn’t know why, but she began feeling around for teats with her two nimble hands. She found one, and began suckling, while mewing every now and then. “Mouse.” Her ears barely picked that up. As she pricked up her ears in curiosity, she could hear a soft chuckle. ~two days later~ Mouse opened her eyes. Just barely. She could see many blurry figures. The blurry figures emanated both happiness and greif. The greif was worrying, so she decided to focus on the happiness. “She’s beautiful.” Something ran through her fur, and the voice of that something was croaky. Quite croaky. “The first baby born under my rule!” Another voice. This one wasn’t croaky. This one was energetic. It was deep, and energetic. The owner of the voice put his snout so close to Mouse, she could feel his breath blowing over her fur. She reached out to touch it, and as she poked around, she noticed it was crooked. It wasn’t even. She then touched her own snout. It wasn’t even either. She squealed, and then reached out to touch the something that had run through her fur. It was furry and soft. She poked around a bit, and was quite startled when she felt something not-soft. She poked the not-soft parts, and poked the end. It was sharp. Claws. Mouse suckled some more milk, then contentedly fell asleep.

(I'm not gonna break character as greenpaw btw) An rp? I dunno what those are but they sound fun! I made this so I guess use this... His name is Milkweed! (now for some out of character info! Milkweed is a Leaf and Hive mix, but because of his color, most think hes just a leafwing, unless they look closer at his extra pair of wings. He was raised on the edges of all the kingdoms in a forest that was turned dense and dangerous for security. His parents went back to the kingdoms, but never came back. He has grown up fearing the world outside the forest, is extremely nervous without his mask, and would never go near any kingdoms or castles. He has strong leafspeak, but almost no stinger. The stinger is there, but its extremely small and more to stun/surprise enemies and has no venom. He likes to decorate masks and if you gain his trust, he will trade things for them, like cool plants, sparkly things, gems, jewelry, and other things like those. I will rp l8r!)

Been a while, but one my females just had these little ones. Their sister sits to the right and I'm sure the blind one is related to them in some way.

I dreamed my dad got an ant farm, and apparently he had it for a long time (not completely sure about that), I kinda wanted to start one too. So I had my container which was just some round-bottomed plastic thing with one of those flimsy lids. And I got a towel or paper towel or something, and I opened my dad's ant farm and I picked up some ants with the thing and they spilled and I had ants on me and I was a lot calmer than I would be if it was real. I was also wearing my fancy dress I was wearing on Christmas and it probably got ant guts on it. I said, I think still with ants on me, "I wonder what is the smallest container of baby powder," (if you don't know that keeps the ants inside of the enclosure because it's too slippery) Then that dream ended, and this one started.. So I was on some kind of beach, I think in California, and the first thing I remember was I was in the sky, and I fell to the water (pretty far out), I think I did it twice, the first time landing a lot closer to the beach, anyway I swam back and there were sharks super close to the beach and nobody cared? It was in some sort of pattern, person, shark, person, shark and so on. The sharks were jumping out of the water and then back in repeatedly. So I squeezed between two sharks, one was kinda tan and the other was more gray with a particularly sharp nose. There were a lot of people, in like a thin line right where the water was but not in it. I saw a lady with a big container and another smaller but taller one right next to it. There was some water inside of it (either that or she poured it in). It was opaque and like if you had some water and mixed in red and a little green paint. The lady then poured a little baby powder in, she was making an ant enclosure, the baby powder would rise to the top and stick to the sides and I thought "hey, that's smart." Then she poured in a whole jug of baby powder. Then I leaned over the water and my face somehow touched it. It sank deeper and I couldn't get my head out. Then I somehow went over the tall glass side and sank into it. The water was so heavy that I couldn't get out. Nobody seemed to care that a child probably just drowned. For some reason, in most of my dreams involving water, I can breathe in water, this one too, even though I don't know it and it definitely seems like I would die if I breathed any more than I did. And then I think that ended.
