Some tribes tell the story differently; Ice simply didn't want Meringue, and Meringue got sick because he spent the nights in the cold. Little did Ice and his tribe know that Meringue would one day become a god, spreading happiness and sickness everywhere. He was also happy to have a family (and even more than one!) much better than his brief, former one.

Luna and Gaze met again a few days later. ‘’Yoooo!’’ Gaze sighed. ‘’Hey Luna.’’ ’’you remembered me!’’ ’’Of course I did idiot I’m not stupid.’’ ’’No! Wait I didn’t mean it like that’’ Gaze face paws. ’’anyways.. I brought you something!’’ Luna held out a paw. There was a few leaves wrapped around some berries that were common around here but were supposedly poisonous. ‘’are you trying to poison me?’’ ’’no no! There’s part of it that are edible, really everything but the skin and I can remove that because of these.’’ She said, pointing at her fangs with the other paw. Gaze nods warily. ‘’I’m not trying to poison you.’’ She reassures, peeling the skin off a few berries and giving them to Gaze. Gaze hesitates before picking one up and popping it in her mouth and chewing it. ‘’that’s actually really good.’’ She admits. ’’i told you so.’’ ‘’Hmph.’’ Gaze huffed and Luna just laughs. her laugh was actually really pretty in Gaze’s opinion.

The group of nichelings arrived at the new island. Muddle loved the familiar feeling of the bitter air, and started prancing around before the others pinned her down and made her go sit in a nest. Milo and Amulet decided to walk off together, and the others decided to stay near each other.

"Oh, a few sneezes here, a few mad minds there. A whole new variety of danger." _______________________________________________________________________________________________ With a group effort, the group was able to throw Yeti off of the ports to let Amulet on. The group quickly started hopping stones to avoid the wrath of the furious Yeti behind them. Yeti had tried his best to follow the group, but the stones were falling too quickly. He eventually fell into the water, lost to the seas.

As soon as a crabbit was spotted, Yam grabbed one of its pinchers and slammed it down into the ground repeatedly until it stopped moving. She then collected the meat from it and kicked the shell to the side. Muddle stared at Yam, blinking a few times before walking onto the ports. Trust watched the others from a distance as Amulet ran up to the others with his claws bloodied. Everyone started to crowd around the ports.

Lolan had sprung forward out of seemingly nowhere and pried the plant open with pue force. Yeti tumbled out, scratches littering his sides. He looked up to see Bisib, and he growled. “This is your fault. The cubs just HAD to be on the ports, didn’t they?” “It’s your fault for being so bratty!” “You’re the bratty one! Everything’s all about you, isn’t it?!” “I’m not your reflection.” Everyone went silent after that one. Yeah, Yeti was most definitely pissed off. Amber smiled at the tension between the nichelings. It was a nice breakfast to him.

Yeti had gone to the back of the ports to try and stay away from the incoming nichelings, but a huge tongue curled up around him and pulled him in. “Yeti!” “He deserves it.” “That doesn’t mean we get to not do anything! C’mon!” “Okay, okay!” Bisib nudged Lime, who then jumped forward and clawed at the plant. Bisib followed him and did his best to attack it, though he didn’t have the best effect on it. Muddle looked over at the plant, but then turned to the berry bush and continued trying to pick the berries. Yam also joined in with picking berries.

“Oh hey, there’s some ports!” “Move over, I’m not staying in this horrid jungle area.” “Stop being so rude, the cubs are here!” “Hi.” Lime was chewing on his paw again, but that didn’t mean he wouldn’t introduce himself! Milo stayed silent, staring up at Bisib in confusion. “Are they okay?” “Probably not, but we are never to underestimate a cub!”

“Why do you keep following us?” “You think I’m staying behind with all those cubs? Nope.” “You’re a cub.” “No I’m not. Stop accusing me of stuff that never happened.” “You act like a cub.” “Do you want to lose your other eye?” … “That’s what I thought.”

She didn’t seem to like it, but she ate the rest of it. “Did I make mother happy?” “Uhm… Yes!” Yam smiled and ate another berry. Poor girl.

"Hey, want to add a special little treat for the watchers?" ___________________________________________________________________________________ “Berries… They smell odd.” Amber held a berry above his own head, sniffing and staring at it. “Please just eat.” “Not yet mother, I am studying.” “Well stop studying so you can eat!” “I cannot eat until I have finished studying.” “Well how long does it take to study it?” “Long enough to make you ask questions.” “Can you shtop zhat?..” “Yeah, stop arguing! It’s annoying!” “Milo!” “Please stop arguing?” “Better.” Amber finally ate the berry, which caused a few breaths of relief from the others. “Tangy.” He looked over at Lime, who had been chewing on one of his paws. “How does your meal taste?” “Good.” “Alright.” He then turned to look at Milo, who was staring at the others with a confused look. Milo popped a berry into her mouth and quickly swallowed it. Amber shrugged and looked around before walking away.

Luna managed to weaken the bear significantly before Gaze finished it off. The three panted and reef was still bleeding from his face wounds. after calming down and regrouping, the blood from Reef’s wounds had dried. ‘’gotta go wash this off and find Yuzu..’’ he said with a yawn. His adrenaline was probably wearing off and making him tired. never the less he slips into the stream and swims off. that left Gaze and Luna alone. The problem being Gaze didn’t know anything about small talk and Luna kept asking weird questions one after the other. ‘’why are your eyes so yellow and pretty?’’ ’’where are you from? Are you from a jungle too?’’ ‘’What happened to your paw?’’ you get the point. ‘’do you ever stop.’’ She grumbled. ‘’oh uh.. not really!’’ She says with a grin. Gaze can feel her face heating up from one smile alone. am I sick or something- what is wrong with me? ’’so anyways. I need to go home, my cousins will be worried about me although they’d never admit it.’’ Luna said and pouted. ‘’but I’d really like to talk to you again, can you come to our camp in a few days?’’ ’’I don’t know..’’ ’’why not?’’ ’’well last time I left those two idiots were attacked.’’ ‘’Ohhhh. Well then I’ll just visit you instead.’’ ’’but-‘’ ‘’gotta go, cya!’’ And with that the nicheling ran away.

Don’t get me wrong, i love them and all but i need alone time. there was a rustling in the grass in front of me and i backed up a step, my fur bristling. ‘’ow!’’ yelped the nicheling, who had just jumped and landed quite ungracefully on the tree stump. ‘’there goes my alone time..’’ i muttered bitterly. ‘’’huh? oh! hi! I’m Luna, who are you?’’ I groaned. ‘’that doesn’t sound like any name i’ve heard before.’’ Luna says, confused. ‘’that’s not my name.’’ I replied, trying to be patient. ’’oh, then what is it?’’ ’’why would i tell you?’’ ’’so we can be friends obviously.’’ Luna replied. ’’ugh. It’s Gaze.’’ ‘’Woah cool.’’ Luna said. I was about to reply when an out of breath Reef burst/waddled on his frog legs into the clearing. ‘’B..bear..’’ he panted, out of breath. Gaze stiffened and Luna gasped. Reef waved his paw, signaling for them to move and the three of them ran back to camp.

I'm severely shy around people I like but don't know well which makes it hard to connect with people, so I made this because I notice a lot of people on here like writing and I just got back into writing so I thought it be a good way to get myself talking. You can bring up characters, plots, ideas, examples... basically whatever you're proud of or what you think needs work and people can help you. Only two rules are: - No unnecessary self-criticism. Like replace "I could never come up with a believable character!" With "My characters need some work but I'll get there. Any tips?" - And make it digestible. You people write like beast and can crank out walls of text like nothing. I'm sure it's great but if you do that you will give my dyslexic brain a headache. Instead of a whole chapter, give a summary and a small sample of your style. Thank you

Pretty neutral bunch." __________________________________________________________________________________________ The group arrived at a new island, the smell of a jungle in the distance. Everyone flooded off of the ports, finding spots to settle down for the night and having some conversations amongst themselves to pass the time. Everyone seemed to avoid Hickory and Trust, mostly because they didn’t trust the two.

Later on more nichelings had arrived on the ports. They ushered the younger ones on first, though nobody was able to stop Hickory from taking a spot.

Ok, update time!! :3 Queen Moka is ready to have her baby! She gives birth to a baby boy named Rasune. Shisata is also ready to have her child! She steals Doeli's tree nest for her baby. Doeli isn't too pleased. :'3 Shisata gives birth to a baby girl named Sakura. No, it wasn't randomly generated lol. Actually, I took syllables from both parents to make the name. Of course, both Queen Moka and Shisata immediately got pregnant again, because they have exactly enough time for one more child.

The next day, a small, semi-deformed bundle lay between Hankar’s paws. “What are you going to name her?” Hankar stared blankly at the cub for a few moments before tilting her head slightly. “Anaice?” “That’s good!” “Right..” She curled her tail around the cub and lay down. “I’m going to take a nap. Can you make sure nothing happens?” “Yup! I’ll keep an eye on her.” And so, Hankar took her much needed nap.

Doeli takes down a crabbit single-handedly, which Shisata collects. Other than that, nothing interesting has happened yet. It's already pretty late here, so I'll be updating tomorrow! Hopefully my little beans will live... unlike the first ones
