Make a group of gray nichelings with white patterns and various eye colors. They should all be named after either types of cheese or fish depending on their gender. Randomly select your starting island. You can only kill rogue males after they've bred with one of your females. Every leader of the group is called Chair. Start with Chair the 100th and count down from there. If you reach 0, start using negative numbers. Nichelings with spiky body or stripes have the lawnmower role and are the only ones who are allowed to clear grass. Nichelings with webbed paw are sacrificed to the sea if possible. If not, they need to have at least 4 children. No paw mutations allowed! When a new Chair is crowned, you need to select a ritual spot like a tree, a nest or a tree stump and gather everyone around it. If a Chair dies before the ceremony is performed, you must skip one day without doing anything. When a crabbit is hunted down, all the teens in the tribe need to perform the crab dance. When a nicheling grows up, they're allowed to clear one patch of grass even if they aren't a lawnmower. Nichelings with purrsnout have to eat a poison berry before they can start using their healing powers. Each nicheling only needs to do this once.

Hiiiiiii this is my records of AHVHC, I may not post often but I will do my best to keep you updated Day 43: Our group is so far doing somewhat ok, Juala has had 2 child deaths from sickness and Typhoon 1. Hare has the sleeping sickness. Shimmer Typhoon's daughter and Hare's adopted daughter is pregnant. And little sand is getting ready to grow up

Btw in my original playthrough nichelings were gifted with "Natural Magic" It is basically the senses but, the greatest users of it can influence genetics. The downside is that it makes them and their target sterile. Hence why they are so rare. So Seer's birth is a blessing to Juala who can pass on her teachings to this child

I like the idea of democracy too. But in their current state the nichelings of the Valley value strength above almost anything. (Btw skill in the Natural Magic is determined by Smelling and Hearing. THe idea is that they are more in tune with Nichae and thus have a good bit more power over nichelings than a normal nicheling would)

(I don't think they're advanced/large enough for this yet. Nor would they think about this with a kinda warrior culture. The strongest and boldest should lead is the vibe I'm getting. But I like the idea personally!)

I think Russet should be leader. He is a moderate. He would expand some but not make it the whole focus. Seer should have a new tribe role maybe.

Day 79: 2 more enemiessss. The bearyena seemed to have gotten a friend, (without console commands) and they are both at the southern entrance of the Valley. This is also on the eve of when they were going to hold their vote for who the leader would be. (They are fairly disorganized.) Oh ye, Sand is having the child of a rogue and Emerald is having Russet's child. If you have any suggestions on what I should do or who should become leader leave a comment lol.

minor update. Russet and Emerald are going to be a couple from now on, and I am going to increase spawn on bearyena. I hope they get a clawed nicheling soon.

Day 75: 2 bearyena have found their way into the valley. The warriors are confronting the beasts at a great risk to their lives. One was swiftly ambushed while the other was ready and bristling

Since I want Juala to have atleast one child to pass her genes onto I will have her try with Ant, the wandering male we found.

Day 49: A bearyena attacks their outpost. Hare and Typhoon rush to defend Seer and confront the bearyena. Hare is killed while Typhoon and her unborn child are spared. Hare's death puts Typhoon and Sand into deep grief over their lost family member
