Niche fan
Animals could be born with two different color eyes especially when introducing a new eye color to the tribe. However in the wild dogs with 2 color eyes tend to show distemper / aggression. So you could add the temper element to it also. Maybe the first generation wonders off like the bearhyena does because they are still a little wild. 3
Redknight910
Heterochromia would be a nice addition, I feel like it could be done by having a rare chance for both eye colour genes to be active instead of one, with a more likely chance if one or both parents have the condition.

casper712
I've been asking for this on their Twitter for so long. I think it'd be so cool!
That_Sly_Fox
That seems really cool. I'd would be really interesting and make the game all the more realistic if they brought something like that into the game.
gyppygirl2021
As someone who absolutely loves specimens of animals with different colored eyes, I fully support this idea. I think it should be entirely aesthetic though, but that's just my thoughts!

Drewbc
This would be pretty cool. It could be recessive to Normal eyes and Near-sighted eyes, but dominant to Blind eyes.
Dr. Nearo
I completely support this motion: we need heterochromia. I'm not in favor of behavioral changes though: isn't a big part of the game deciding their behaviors yourself? 3

The White Wolf
I feel the same about this, but while we are here, I would like to add to the request. I think it could be really fun if the Heterochromia also had a small chance of activating in the fur. So, instead of the fur colour and the pattern colour mixing, we get a half of the animal with one fur & pattern colour, while the other side gets the other two.

I forgot the horn colour, if it actually split in real life I don't know.

I've just read something about it (https://newrepublic.com/article/118725/venus-chimera-cat-explained-geneticist), and they are just calico cats. The White Wolf
I'm a bit confused now, so all calico cats, are not chimera but what if it was half grey and half black would that count as a chimera then? Or are chimera just really rare as they say in the article and most "chimera" animals just have a mosaic X- chromosome pattern.
