Hey everyone! A new update of Niche - Breed and Evolve (1.3.12) is now live on both platforms. Here’s what we changed: - added a button to delete your progress/restart the game - fixed stability issues - improved save file loading stability - fixed various minor bugs And a new build (1.3.13) has just been added for all @NicheMobileTesters. We added a fix that could potentially fix the issues on iPad mini an older iPad versions. We’d really appreciate if anyone who had problems could test it! For the other testers: please try out the new version so we can see if our fix broke anything on other devices or not. Thank you in advance ❤️

Maybe his family would take him back in. But Maybe not. And he made Salvador a promise. He needed to uphold that. He wouldn't be here if it weren't for Salvador. But maybe it was Salvador's fault he was in this position? All he knew was that Horizon was a threat to be quelled. To save the mountain. The Empire. His family.. This would be a necessary battle. One that Ghost wasn't certain he would win. Fox Heart pulled Lichen aside. He had been so excited to reunite with his mate and 'child'; the heartbreaking truth would shatter him completely. "Lichen, I'm sorry to tell you. Plum isn't our biological child." He raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean?" Plum stared at her feet in shame. "I'm the daughter of Pomegranate and Dragonfruit. I ran off with Fox Heart. They would've killed me otherwise." Lichen thought for a second. "They left you with Fox Heart? They didn't protect you themselves?" Plum paused, and slowly nodded, looking up. "Then they didn't care about you. But we do." Lichen's eyes were soft and kind. His words filled Plum with an indescribable feeling. A sweet warmth and a sharp spear. A spoken secret and a silent announcement. "We are you parents, Plum. Your true parents." NO I AM YOUR FATHER Fearless looked at King (joining the Empire) and Alecto with a strong-willed gaze. "We can't trust Horizon and Evergreen. None of those awful self-proclaimed heroes. We can't." Alecto turned to Fearless. "Why?" "Evergreen is a monster. She killed my mother. She killed yours too, sister. Horizon is insane, that's pretty obvious." Alecto shrugged. "Our mother didn't exactly care about me. She wanted me to avenge her and father. That's.. about it." Fearless grabbed Alecto's horn, shoving her down. King watched them, terrified. "WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU. Our mother was amazing. She cared so much for her children and her mate and her Empire. Evergreen ruined it all! We were at peace! And then she attacked!" Alecto pushed Fearless away with her claw. Fearless grabbed Magenta's neck with their claw, and Alecto screeched. Fearless smiled and turned to their sister again. "Kill Evergreen for me, or Magenta is dead." Alecto glared at Fearless. "You're a monster. You're just as bad as Evergreen." "Fight fire with fire." King watched the two siblings fight, knowing that the Empire was being held together with only a few strings. He needed to do something to stop it from falling. But what?

Sounds very painful but also pretty fun to see how ineffective these guys are when they aren't slashing down everything in their path. Maybe I could also attempt to finally start doing some lore/rp-related stuff with this tribe and not just...yk...keep inbreeding them.

Finally found screenshots of the one and only recorded unborn baby I have. I don't have full genetics for both parents, but I can speculate. Father's genes: Nuduk is the cub's father. The following information I was able to figure out due to looking at screenshots of his parents. Mother's genes: Emifi appears to have been a wanderer, so I can't say too much about her genes. However, the following are my speculations (fertility can be switched out to be no fertility and high fertility, which would suit her rogue parentage better): Father's personality: Nuduk was born into the tribe after a few generations. Accustomed to the icy and unforgiven landscape he was calm, collected and could sometimes seem cold towards others. Despite being rather serious and not allowing his emotions to interfere with his judgement, he was very valued in his role as a calming presence and as a healer. Mother's personality: Emifi joined the tribe shortly before a time of scarce food began. Due to her background of not only being a wanderer but also a rogue's child she is tough and durable, a survivor and a fighter. Emifi is witty and crafty. Parents' standing in tribe: Nuduk was a highly regarded healer as well as part of the leader family. Emifi was given the rank of an omega due to her physical deformities and treated rather harshly. Notable relatives: A rogue male grandfather and a paternal line of strong leaders. Reason for never being born: Emifi was pregnant during a time of famine. Both she and her unborn child were deemed unworthy of the scarce food the tribe had. Additionally she had been separated from the tribe during a snow storm and her child would have not survived for long after birth. Other: I was playing with random mutations. Dad's mutations were no fertility and heat body. Mom's mutations were black eyes and something unknown, perhaps antlers or digging trunk. I also headcanon rogue males to be quite smart, but in a kind of gnarly, survival-smart kind of way. This is because they are apparently able to feed themselves well enough to constantly attempt to mate with females, despite having no functional paws. Therefore I usually roleplay that rogue-offspring inherit some of their wicked intelligence. Since the unborn cub's mother was a half-rogue this could somehow also translate into the cub.

Father's personality: Flirty guy who fathered an entire generation (he was the only male). Sacrificed himself for the tribe Mother's personality: Calm loving person Parents' standing in tribe: Respected individuals, father remained behind when island-hopping to fend off a bearyena Notable relatives: Close relative to the leading family Reason for dying: Sickness Other: She killed Mistletoe by existing. We have a few truly overpowered tanks now, simply due to how satisfying it is. However since I am trading almost my entire mobility for one more strength point I am now favoring the 11 strength build. On that note, we are getting ready to travel, and taking an army with us.
