I wouldn't mind I think many are already using console commands anyway. Especially since you plan on removing some bugs from the console. And if there is not other way without it being permanent I think go for it A little pop up when activating this feature would probably be a good idea as well to make sure that people know what they are getting themselves into

We have been discussing this feature in the team. The thing with sandbox mode is: The settings are chosen at the start and can not be changed while playing. So if you absolutely wanted the ability to switch this mode off again while playing, we would need to add a console command for that. Would that be fine with you?

Probably when my parents actually clean up after themselves in the kitchen! Other than that, the house not smelling like dog crap all the time and the floors being nice and clean instead of sticky because one dog couldn't hold it and left an everlasting gift even after cleanup. Question: How many pets do you have, if any? I have 7. Four dogs, three cats. I have to feed six of them every night.

I sometimes get really annoyed by the fact that they have unlimited moves but I see why it would be there from a gameplay point of view. Much like Randomwanderer said

This question is basically all in the title, but for as long as I've played this game I've always wondered why our nichelings are limited to their 3 gems but a wanderer/rogue can move/gather as much as they want without running out of energy. This has never really made sense to me considering that they're the same creatures as nichelings, especially with the fact a wanderer added in is now limited to the 3 moves.

I wouldn't mind having the command for the console instead! Anyway, if it's not possible I wouldn't mind having a permanent blind genes mode either, that way you don't have the temptation of "cheating"

Japan if I wanna be adventurous, but the UK if I wanna be practical. I would really have to adapt to the culture in Japan, but I think I’d really enjoy it for a couple of years. The UK since I already speak English and I visited London and it was basically like I never left the US. My friend recently asked me out and neither of us have ever been in a romantic relationship. Hello all! I thought I would share a gene idea: Bat Head. We don't currently have a counter for the sleepy flies on the swamp islands, so I thought I would think of something to combat that. If a nicheling has a bat head, it is able to collect the flies as a food source since bats usually feed on insects. This head would disable ears and provide a high hearing ability. Bats are fantastic at detecting possible prey through echolocation. Basically, the bat hears echos from it's ultrasound vocalization (squeaks) and is able to track prey through that, hence the idea of a high hearing ability. Here's a little drawing I did in order to visualize what the head might possibly look like. Thanks for looking!

So, gem colors are great but are kinda limiting with just five colors. This isn't the biggest change or the most important but I think it'd be cool and nice to have. Ah, so it does do something. I guess that negates some of my reasoning then. I just picked Niche back up several days ago, and I forgot what some of the genes do (ha ha.) I remember they were talking about it, and even when it was called Spit Snout as well. There was talk of reducing the hearing and sight attributes sometime ago as well, but I don't quite recall if that was among the devs or the fans.

I suspect they would be too hard to find otherwise. Mostly because they don't clear grass and spend a lot of time digging. Predators would kill them more often, too. You've probably thought of this already, the difference might just be that the devs want one to meet more wanderers under the belief that it improves gameplay. Does it? I would personally agree. Seeing that, if they don't move enough, other options would be to spawn in more wanderers or have them live longer. They're both problematic in their own right, so we're stuck with unlimited movement, which could probably be capped at 10.

Short snout doesn't appear as often among wanderers, but you start with it unlocked, and once it's in your gene pool it spreads like wildfire. I don't really think too much should change given the above reasons. Also in anatomy not every body part technically needs a function. Some are leftover relics from previous times on the evolutionary tree. Considering how long its been in the game that could be the case here. Though if purpose is something in question here, why are we not looking into the derp snout as well? It doesn't affect anything and is purely cosmetic as far as I'm aware. Not that I want it gone either; it's charming in its own unique way. If we must adjust the stats of short snout, however then maybe make it more attractive or give it a better advantage in terms of calling out for wanderers.

I don't read fan-fiction regularly, but there was a very very amusing Harry Potter one I read, where Harry did not grow up with the Dursley's, but with different parents which were scientists, and trained Harry to think highly logical and critical. This leads to very very amusing situations, in which he almost becomes friends with Malfoy because he argues against his views, permanently brings McGonagall to tears and uses Time Turners to solve impossible mathematic problems. The fan-fiction was written by a mathematician, if I recall correct unfortunately, it wasn't very long. New Question: If you would be forced to move and live in a foreign country of your choice for two year, which one would it be?

That would be quite cool but I'm not sure if it would be a bit much, the other patterns either add camouflage in one biome or don't add anything. Perhaps it could add to savannah instead so its different from the spots?
